Sing Pao Daily News is one of the oldest Chinese newspapers in Hong Kong,first published on 1 May 1939 by the Sing Pao Newspaper Company Limited (成報報刊有限公司) under Ho Man-fat. It was initially published every three days,later becoming a daily.

Xi Xi/Hsi Hsi is the pseudonym of the Chinese author and poet Zhang Yan. She was born in China and moved to Hong Kong at the age of twelve. She was formerly a teacher and is now a Hong Kong-based writer. Her works are also popular in Taiwan and mainland China. She has become a rather well known figure to many secondary school students in Hong Kong. This is due in particular to one of her essays,"Shops" (店鋪),which was adopted as reading material for the Chinese Language paper in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) by the Hong Kong Examinations Authority of the time. In 2019,Xi Xi was the recipient of the Newman Prize for Chinese Literature.
Hysan Development Company Limited is a Hong Kong property investment,management and development company that is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The company was formed in Hong Kong in 1923,when businessman Lee Hysan acquired plots of land in East Point,now known as Causeway Bay,Hong Kong Island. On 30 April 1928,Hysan,who was aged 48–49,was killed. His descendant expanded the plots of land into a business empire. Today,Hysan is said to be the largest commercial landlord in the Causeway Bay area.
Media Chinese International Limited is a Chinese language media platform targeting Chinese readers in major Chinese communities worldwide headquartered in Hong Kong. Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Hiew King is the chairman. It was formed by the merger of Ming Pao Enterprise,Sin Chew Media Corporation (Malaysia) and Nanyang Press Holdings (Malaysia) in April 2008. It is the first entity dually listed on the mainboards of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Bursa Malaysia. Media Chinese's product portfolio comprises 5 daily newspapers in 13 editions and 3 free newspapers with a total daily circulation of about 1 million copies,as well as about 30 magazines. The Group has also expanded its business into digital media. Media Chinese is the proprietor of Life Magazines,the largest Chinese language magazine publisher in Malaysia,and is the major shareholder of One Media Group Limited.
China Aerospace International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong incorporated holding company. The company itself is a subsidiary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. It is a red chip company,but not part of the "red chip index" of the stock exchange.

It was founded by millionaire Aw Boon Haw,a Chinese Hakka diaspora,as a sister newspaper of the "Star Newspapers" in Singapore,Malaysia and Hong Kong as well as other locations. However,by ownership,they are currently not related;sister newspapers of Sing Sian Yer Pao currently is the publication by Nanfang Media Group of the People's Republic of China.

Aw family is the family member of Aw Chu Kin and his descendant. Aw Chu Kin started his business in Burma,which his two sons expanded it into a multi-national conglomerate that from Chinese medicines to newspaper,as well as bank,insurance and real estate. However,the family started to decline in the third generation,by the takeover of family-owned listed company Haw Par Brothers International in Singapore in 1971,which saw Sin Poh Amalgamated,Chung Khiaw Bank and Haw Par Brothers (Thailand) were spin-off from the listed company. Before the dismantle,the key position of the business empire was served by third-generation member and their spouse,which they were removed after the takeover. However,Sally Aw,granddaughter of Aw Chu Kin,remained as one of the influential media tycoon in Hong Kong in 1990s,until forced to sell her Sing Tao Holdings in 1999 due to financial difficulties.
The Kung Sheung Daily News was a Chinese language newspaper published in Hong Kong under British colonial rule. It was owned indirectly by Ho Shai-lai,a former Republic of China general and son of Hong Kong tycoon Robert Ho Tung. It was a pro-Kuomintang newspaper and ran according to the Minguo calendar.
Law Kwok-tai was a football coach and a Republic of China (Taiwan) international footballer,but born and spent his entire playing and coaching career in the British Hong Kong,a colony that geographically located in the southern China. Law retired as a professional footballer in 1976,aged 47. That season he was a player-manager. He coached until the 1990s,at aged 60s. At international level he played for Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Olympics as well as Asian Games and AFC Asian Cup. He also played for Hong Kong League XI in non-official match in Merdeka Tournament,as well as "Hong Kong Chinese" team in another friendly tournament,Ho Ho Cup.
Wah Kiu Yat Po,or Overseas Chinese Daily News,was a Chinese-language newspaper based in Hong Kong. It was published between 1925 to 1995. It was founded by Shum Wai-yau after the Shum family took control of the company.
