Tjalling Halbertsma (born 1969 in Doorn) is a lawyer and anthropologist from the Netherlands. Since 1996 he is primarily based in Mongolia and China. He has published several books and articles about Asia, and has written travel stories about Mongolia in the South China Morning Post , Asian Art and Trouw .
Between 2000 and 2004, he served as adviser to Prime Minister of Mongolia Nambaryn Enkhbayar. He was also the adviser to his successful election campaign to become President of Mongolia in 2005.
He has published extensively on Nestorianism in Inner Mongolia which resulted in a Ph.D. at the Sinological Institute of Leiden University in 2007.

Abraham Kuenen was a Dutch Protestant theologian.
Geertgen tot Sint Jans, also known as Geertgen van Haarlem, Gerrit van Haarlem, Gerrit Gerritsz, Gheertgen, Geerrit, Gheerrit, or any other diminutive form of Gerald, was an Early Netherlandish painter from the northern Low Countries in the Holy Roman Empire. No contemporary documentation of his life has been traced, and the earliest published account of his life and work is from 1604, in Karel van Mander's Schilder-boeck.
Wander Johannes de Haas was a Dutch physicist and mathematician. He is best known for the Shubnikov–de Haas effect, the De Haas–Van Alphen effect and the Einstein–de Haas effect.

Alfred Vierling is a Dutch politician and activist. In the 1980s he was active as a politician in the far-right Centre Party and Centre Democrats. In the 1990s he briefly served as a municipal councillor for the latter and was co-founder of the nationalist Dutch Block. In the 2000s and later he was an activist, writer and video maker and he was involved with and collaborated with groups and individuals, some of which were white nationalists.
Hans T. Bakker is a cultural historian and Indologist, who has served as the Professor of the History of Hinduism and Jan Gonda Chair at the University of Groningen. He worked in the British Museum as a researcher in the project "Beyond Boundaries: Religion, Region, Language and the State".
Robert Jacobus Forbes or Robert James Forbes was a Dutch chemist and historian of science and professor in the history of applied science and technology at the University of Amsterdam.
Willem Fredrik Jacob Mörzer Bruyns,, is a Dutch historian of navigational science, specializing in the history of navigational instruments; he has also published on the history of the Dutch in the Arctic in the nineteenth century. He rose to be Senior Curator of Navigation at the Nederlands Scheepvaartmuseum before his retirement in 2005. Since 1972, Mörzer Bruyns published several books and a hundred-and-fifteen articles in scholarly journals, on the history of navigation and navigational instruments, and on the exploration of the Dutch in the Arctic, in the nineteenth century. He wrote seventy-five book reviews on these subjects in scholarly journals.

Ákos Bertalan Apatóczky ; born 12 July 1974 in Budapest, Hungary is a Hungarian Sinologist and Mongolist, mostly known for his historical linguistic research on Middle Mongol sources written in Chinese script, currently the Chair of the Department of Chinese Studies at the Institute of Oriental Languages and Cultures. Between 2020 and 2022 he worked as the leader of the KRE Sinology Research Group in Budapest, Hungary. He is a regular member of Academia Europaea and the secretary of the Committee on Oriental Studies at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
