When Fallen Angels Fly is a studio album released in 1994 by American country music artist Patty Loveless. "Old Weakness " was also recorded by Greg Holland on his 1997 album Exception to the Rule and Delbert McClinton on his 1997 album One of the Fortunate Few. Both "Old Weakness" and "Over My Shoulder" were also recorded in 2002 by Tanya Tucker on her album Tanya.

War Paint is the fourth studio album released by American country music artist Lorrie Morgan. The album was released via BNA Records in 1994. It contains the singles "My Night to Howl," "If You Came Back from Heaven," and "Heart Over Mind." Also included are covers of George Jones' "A Good Year for the Roses", recorded here as a duet with Sammy Kershaw, and Jeannie Seely's "Don't Touch Me." The cassette version of the album omits the track "Exit 99."

Released in May 1998 as his final studio album for MCA Records, it produced only two singles: the title track and "I Wanna Feel That Way Again", both of which reached Top Ten on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts that year, peaking at #3 and #9, respectively. "I'm from the Country" was co-written by Richard Young, rhythm guitarist for the band The Kentucky Headhunters. The album was originally to be titled Walkin' the Line.

The album also reunited him with Tom Shapiro, who had co-produced his first two albums.

"Where've You Been" also charted on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks charts, peaking at number 25 there. This song also earned her the 1990 Grammy Award for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

Singles released from the album were "Why Can't You" and "Always a Woman", which respectively reached #46 and #70 on the Billboard country singles charts.
Final Touches is a full-length album by country music singer Conway Twitty, released in 1993, the year of his death. Allmusic's Dan Cooper called it "a less fitting swan song for Twitty than his duet on “Rainy Night in Georgia” with Sam Moore on the Rhythm, Country and Blues album." The album was Twitty's 58th and final solo album, and 67th overall.
