Tresmonte [1] (Spanish : Trasmonte) is one of six parishes (administrative divisions) in Les Regueres, a municipality within the province and autonomous community of Asturias, in northern Spain.

The population is 308 (INE 2011).

Lemkivshchyna

Lemkivshchyna or Lemkovyna is a region in Europe that is traditionally inhabited by the Lemko people. Willington Quay is an area in the borough of North Tyneside in Tyne and Wear in northern England. The changes made recently at Willington Quay are now making it an attractive place to live within North Tyneside.
