State Route 14 (SR 14) is a 87.4-mile-long (140.7 km) state highway that travels southwest-to-northeast through portions of Troup, Coweta, and Fulton counties in the west-central and north-central parts of the U.S. state of Georgia. The highway connects the Alabama state line in West Point to Downtown Atlanta, via LaGrange, Fairburn, College Park, and East Point. Except for the northernmost segment, it is entirely concurrent with U.S. Route 29 (US 29).

Troup County High School, originally called Troup County Comprehensive High School, is a public college-preparatory and tech-preparatory school located in LaGrange, Georgia, United States. It is a member of the Troup County Board of Education, and is associated with Long Cane Middle School. Troup High School teaches grades 9–12.
Callaway Stadium is a football/soccer stadium located in LaGrange, Georgia. It was built in 1958 by Callaway Foundation and is used by the Troup County High School, LaGrange High School, and Callaway High School football and soccer teams, as well as the LaGrange College Fighting Red Panthers football team. The facilities are also used by the football teams of the three public middle schools in Troup County as well. Despite its age, the stadium had FieldTurf installed in 2004 and a more advanced scoreboard installed in 2008. Its capacity is roughly 5,000 people all day long and has a press box on the home side.
Callaway High School is a public high school located in Hogansville, Georgia, United States. It enrolls students in grades 9–12 from LaGrange, Hogansville, and the surrounding area. The principal is Jason Graham. The mascot of Callaway is the Cavalier.
The Park Mound Site (9TP41) is a destroyed archaeological site located near Yellow Jacket Creek in Troup County, Georgia, USA. It was investigated by Harold Huscher and a team of University of Georgia students in the early 1970s.
Austin Callaway, also known as Austin Brown, was a young African-American man who was taken from jail by a group of six white men and lynched on September 8, 1940, in LaGrange, Georgia. The day before, Callaway had been arrested as a suspect in an assault of a white woman. The gang carried out extrajudicial punishment and prevented the youth from ever receiving a trial. They shot him numerous times, fatally wounding him and leaving him for dead. Found by a motorist, Callaway was taken to a hospital, where he died of his wounds.
The Troup-Harris Regional Library (THRL) is a public library system serving the counties of Troup, and Harris, Georgia, United States. The central library, LaGrange Memorial, is located in LaGrange, Georgia.
State Route 109 (SR 109) is a 62.7-mile-long (100.9 km) state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Troup, Meriwether, Pike, and Lamar counties in the western part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The route travels from the Alabama state line to at SR 18 near Barnesville. Traffic data shows it serves as the primary east-west route of both middle Troup County and Meriwether County. It is considered a medium priority route by the Georgia DOT for its entire length, except between the cities of Lagrange and Greenville, where it is considered a critical priority route. It is also the first east-west state route in west-central Georgia north of the Pine Mountain Range. SR 109 has one Spur route connecting Greenville to Gay. It was first designated on April 7, 1933 much shorter than it is today and shown in August 1933.
