The Tullamore PA & H Association Inc. Annual show, or Tullamore Show, is a two-day [2] agricultural and livestock show held on the second Saturday of August each year near the township of Tullamore, New South Wales. [3] [4] The 2021 edition was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, [3] and the PA & H was one of a group of agricultural societies to receive organisational support from the national Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment. [5] [6] There were also no shows in 1940–45.

Event

Apart from the central cattle, sheep and poultry breeding and grooming contests, [7] over the years the event has included horse trials, [8] shearing, [8] sheepdog trial, [9] [10] fine wool, [11] trots, [12] crops, [13] baking, [14] and demolition derbies, [15] and children's arts competitions. [16] A "Miss Showgirl" pageant has been held since 1965. [15]

The Old Dubbo Gaol is a heritage-listed former gaol and now museum and tourist attraction at 90 Macquarie Street, Dubbo in the Dubbo Regional Council local government area of New South Wales, Australia. The gaol was designed by the NSW Colonial Architect's Office and was built from 1847 to 1945 by James Atkinson Jnr (1862–63) and William Bonython Moffatt. The gaol is also known as the Dubbo Jail and the Dubbo Gaol. The building was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 26 March 2004. The building was the second gaol in Dubbo, replacing lockups built in 1847 and 1862.

Thomas Henry Thrower was an Australian politician. He was an Australian Labor Party member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly from 1904 to 1907 and 1910 to 1917, representing the electorate of Macquarie.

The Western Premier League is a regional Australian association football league, comprising teams from the Central West region of New South Wales. The competition is run under the Western NSW Football body, an associate of Football NSW - a member federation of Football Australia. It fits below the national A-League and NSW wide divisions including National Premier Leagues NSW, being level 5 league in the Australian league system.

The 2020 Western Premier League was the 20th season of the Western Premier League (WPL), the top football league in the Central West region of New South Wales. It was the first season of the competition since 2012. Dubbo Bulls were the three-time defending champions, having won the past three competitions in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
