The UPEI Panthers men's ice hockey team is an ice hockey team representing the UPEI Panthers athletics program of University of Prince Edward Island. The team is a member of the Atlantic University Sport conference and compete in U Sports. The team plays their home games at the MacLauchlan Arena in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. [1]
The University of Prince Edward Island was formed in 1969 when Saint Dunstan's University merged with Prince of Wales College. The ice hockey team was arranged in the college's first year and assumed Saint Dunstan's spot in the MIAA. UPEI had its best run to date in the late 80s and early 90s, winning four league championships.
The Saint Dunstan's Saints played varsity ice hockey from 1935 until its amalgamation in 1969. The team won four league championships and reached the CIAU championship game in 1965.

The 2006–07 ECHL season was the 19th season of the ECHL. The league had 25 teams for 2006–07. The Brabham Cup regular season champions were the Las Vegas Wranglers and the Kelly Cup playoff champions were the Idaho Steelheads.
The Spokane Braves are a Junior 'A' Ice Hockey team based in Spokane, Washington, United States. They are members of the Neil Murdoch Division of the Kootenay Conference of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL). They play their home games at Eagles Ice-A-Rena. The Braves are the only team in the KIJHL to play in the United States. They were forced to go on hiatus at the beginning of the 20/21 season due to the US/Canada border closure.
The 1986–87 AHL season was the 51st season of the American Hockey League. 13 teams played 80 games each in the schedule. The league institutes awarding one point in the standings, for an overtime loss. The league experimented with a shootout to settle games tied after a scoreless overtime period; the format would not be used again until the 2004–05 season.
The 1996–97 AHL season was the 61st season of the American Hockey League. The league renames its divisions due to relocating teams. The Northern Conferences consists of the Atlantic Division becoming the Canadian Division, and the Central Division becoming the Empire State Division. The Southern Conferences consists of the North Division becoming the New England Division, and the South Division becoming the Mid-Atlantic Division.
The 2004–05 UPC-ligaen was the 66th season of Norway's premier ice hockey league, Eliteserien, which as of this season became known as the UPC-ligaen after UPC had acquired the naming rights for five years. Vålerenga won both the League Championship and the Norwegian Championship, completing their nineteenth "double". A total of ten teams contested the league, including newcomers Comet who competed at the highest level for the first time.
The Mitchell Mohawks were a Canadian junior 'C' ice hockey team based in Mitchell, Manitoba until 2019. A senior team with the same name also competed in the Carillon Senior Hockey League until 2013. The minor hockey organization (U7-U18) changed its name from Mitchell Mohawks to Mitchell Mustangs in 2020. The junior team, established in 1988, competed in the Hanover Tache Junior Hockey League. The team has won two league championships. After going on hiatus for two seasons (2012–14) the team returned to league play for the 2014–15 season and has again been on hiatus since the end of the 2018–2019 season.
The 2010–11 GET-ligaen is the 72nd season of Norway's premier ice hockey league, Eliteserien. The regular season began on 18 September 2010 and is scheduled to end on 27 February 2011.
The Nipissing Lakers men's ice hockey team is the ice hockey team that represents Nipissing University in North Bay, Ontario. It was granted membership in the OUA's men's ice hockey circuit in 2009.
Hockey Club Almaty is a professional ice hockey team based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. They were founded in 2010, and play in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, the top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan. They play at the Baluan Sholak Palace of Culture and Sports named after Baluan Sholak.

The 2013–14 CCHL season was the 53rd season of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). The twelve teams of the CCHL played 62-game schedules.
The 2014–15 OJHL season is the 21st season of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) and the fifth since the league existed as two separate bodies in 2009–10. The twenty-two teams of the North, South, East and West Divisions will play 55-game schedules.

The 2018–19 WHL season is the 53rd season of the Western Hockey League (WHL). The regular season began on September 21, 2018, and ended on March 17, 2019. The regular season was shortened from 72 games to 68 games; the league had a 72-game schedule since the 1975–76 season. The playoffs began on March 22, 2019, and ended on May 13; the winning team, the Prince Albert Raiders, were awarded the Ed Chynoweth Cup and a berth in the 2019 Memorial Cup, held at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, from May 17 to 26.
The Acadia Axemen ice hockey team is an ice hockey team representing the Acadia Axemen athletics program of Acadia University. The team is a member of the Atlantic University Sport conference and compete in U Sports. The team plays their home games at the Andrew H. McCain Arena in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
