The Ulyanovsk constituency (No.187 [lower-alpha 1] ) is a Russian legislative constituency in Ulyanovsk Oblast. In 1995-2007 the constituency covered the entirety of Ulyanovsk and its suburbs, however, in 2016 the constituency shedded some district of Ulyanovsk to rural Radishchevo constituency in exchange for eastern Ulyanovsk Oblast, including Dimitrovgrad.

The Nizhnekamsk Constituency (No.28) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tatarstan. In 1993-2007 the constituency was anchored in Nizhnekamsk and stretched west to Kazan suburbs. However, in 2016 the constituency was redrawn significantly: it held Nizhnekamsk, Chistopol and Zainsk but now the constituency stretches to Southern Tatarstan, which it took from Almetyevsk constituency, western part of former Nizhnekamsk constituency was partitioned between Privolzhsky, Moskovsky and newly-created Central constituencies.

Kamchatka constituency Russian legislative constituency

The Kamchatka constituency (No.45) is a Russian legislative constituency covering the entirety of Kamchatka Krai. The constituency previously occupied the whole territory of Kamchatka Oblast but after Kamchatka Oblast was merged with Koryak Autonomous Okrug in 2007 Kamchatka constituency absorbed the entirety of Koryak constituency.

Vladivostok constituency Russian legislative constituency

The Vladivostok constituency (No.62) is a Russian legislative constituency in the Primorsky Krai. Until 2007 the constituency covered the entire city of Vladivostok and nearby Artyom. However, in 2016 the constituency was gerrymandered as Vladivostok was split between 2 constituencies. In its current configuration Vladivostok constituency covers central Vladivostok and western Primorsky Krai, which previously was a part of dismantled Ussuriysk constituency.

The Vsevolozhsk constituency (No.111) is a Russian legislative constituency in Leningrad Oblast. The constituency covers northern Leningrad Oblast and eastern suburbs of Saint Petersburg.

The constituency was significantly altered in 2016 as nearly all of former Eastern constituency was placed into reestablished North Eastern constituency, while new Eastern constituency is based in Nevsky District, which has been taken from Southern constituency.

Obninsk constituency

The Obninsk constituency (No.99) is a Russian legislative constituency in Kaluga Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered western Kaluga Oblast. However, in 2016 the constituency changed significantly as it switched near all of its territory with Kaluga constituency, so currently Obninsk constituency is based in eastern Kaluga Oblast.

Radishchevo constituency

The Radishchevo constituency (No.188) is a Russian legislative constituency in Ulyanovsk Oblast. In 1995-2007 the constituency covered upstate Ulyanovsk Oblast, however, in 2016 the constituency took parts of Ulyanovsk from Ulyanovsk constituency.

Moskovsky constituency

The Moskovsky constituency (No.27) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tatarstan. The constituency covers western Kazan as well as the entirety of western Tatarstan.

Almetyevsk constituency

The Almetyevsk constituency (No.30) is a Russian legislative constituency in Tatarstan. The constituency covered most of southern Tatarstan until 2003, however, after 2015 redistricting it relocated to southeastern Tatarstan as its rural districts were placed into Nizhnekamsk constituency.

Sverdlovsk constituency

The Sverdlovsk constituency (No.168) is a Russian legislative constituency in Sverdlovsk Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency covered western half of Yekaterinburg, however, after 2015 redistricting the constituency was expanded to Yekaterinburg satellite cities of Verkhnyaya Pyshma and Sredneuralsk.

Beryozovsky constituency

The Beryozovsky constituency (No.170) is a Russian legislative constituency in Sverdlovsk Oblast. Until 2007 the constituency was based entirely in Yekaterinburg, however, after 2015 redistricting the constituency was stretched to central Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Metallurgichesky constituency

The Metallurgichesky constituency (No.190) is a Russian legislative constituency in Chelyabinsk Oblast. The constituency covers northern Chelyabinsk Oblast. Until 2007 Kyshtym constituency stretched to the west, covering several districts of the Mountain-Industrial Zone, however, in 2015 it was reconfigured to include parts of urban Chelyabinsk instead.
