USA Rugby is the national governing body for the sport of rugby union in the United States. Its role is to achieve and maintain “high levels of quality in all aspects of rugby." USA Volleyball (USAV) is a non-profit organization which is recognized as the national governing body of volleyball in the United States by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC). It is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was founded by the YMCA of the USA. The organization is responsible for selecting and supporting US national teams that compete in FIVB-sanctioned international volleyball and beach volleyball competitions such as the Olympic Summer Games. USA Volleyball is also charged with fostering the development of the sport of volleyball within the United States through involvement with its forty Regional Volleyball Associations (RVAs).
International Miniature Aerobatic Club (IMAC) is a non-profit organization devoted to flying scale aerobatic model aircraft. IMAC is the main governing body responsible for hosting precision aerobatic contests with hundreds of pilots across the United States and Eastern Canada. The organization was founded in 1974 with 97 chartered members.

The Little League Softball World Series is a softball tournament for girls aged 10 to 12 years old. It was first held in 1974 and is held every August at Stallings Stadium in Greenville, North Carolina, in the United States. Little League expanded the field of World Series participants to 12 in 2022, adding 2 regions in the United States. Before being held in Greenville, it was held outside of Portland, Oregon at Alpenrose Stadium.

She was crowned by outgoing titleholder, Maribeth Brown of Massachusetts. Harmon went on to represent the United States at the Miss World 1994 Pageant in South Africa later that year. She did not place at Miss World.

She finished as 1st Runner-Up at Miss World. After competing at Miss World, Renshaw resigned her title to get married. Renshaw was replaced by Connie Lee Haggard of Texas who was the 1st Runner-Up of Miss World USA.
