Unni Mary (born 12 March 1962) is an Indian film actress who works mainly in Malayalam films. [1] She has also worked in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada films, where she had used the screen name Deepa.

Personal life

Unnimary was born to Augustine Fernandes and Victoria on 12 March 1962. She had her primary education from St.Teresa's Convent School, Ernakulam. [2] She has a brother, Joseph Martin. She learned classical dance at the age of three. Her mother owned a ballet troupe and she performed in many stages in India and abroad. [3]

She married Rejoy, a professor at St. Albert's College, Ernakulam on 12 March 1982, and they have a son, Nirmal. Their son Nirmal is married to Ranjini and they have a son, Rihan.

Chithram (transl. Picture) is a 1988 Indian Malayalam-language screwball comedy film written and directed by Priyadarshan. The film was produced by P. K. R. <i>Agnisakshi</i> (novel)

Agnisakshi is a Malayalam novel written by Lalithambika Antharjanam. Originally serialised in Mathrubhumi Illustrated Weekly, it was published as a book by Current Books in 1976.
