Valleyview Towers are two apartment blocks in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada. The pair consists of a nine-storey building (Tower I) at 1101 99th Street and a ten-storey building (Tower II) at 1191 99th Street, operated for seniors housing by the Battlefords Housing Authority. ^[1]

Controversy

Local media have reported tenant disputes and safety concerns at Valleyview Tower II; one resident filed a $30,000 claim at the Office of Residential Tenancies over second-hand smoke in 2021. ^[2] Another resident claims the building is often prone to theft, human waste in the elevators, and harassment. Saskatchewan Housing said efforts to address issues at the building were ongoing the same year. ^{[3] [4]}
