Vanessa Grenier (born April 15, 1992) is a Canadian former competitive pair skater. With Maxime Deschamps, she placed 8th at the 2016 Four Continents Championships and competed at three Grand Prix events.
Grenier began learning to skate in 1995. [1] She won the silver medal in the junior women's event at the 2008 Canadian Championships and went on to compete at three ISU Junior Grand Prix events. She also appeared at the 2011 World Junior Championships but did not advance past the preliminary round. She was coached by Marie Houde, C. Lemaire, M. Peloquin, M. Grenier, V. Cusson in Drummondville, Quebec. [2]
Grenier competed in the senior women's event at five Canadian Championships, from 2009 to 2013. Her best placement, 7th, came in 2011 and 2012.
In 2013, Grenier teamed up with Maxime Deschamps to compete in pair skating. The two became the 2014 Canadian junior champions. [3] Making their Grand Prix debut, they placed 6th at the 2014 Skate America. [4] The pair finished 7th at the 2015 Skate Canada International and 8th at the 2016 Four Continents Championships. The pair was coached by Richard Gauthier and Bruno Marcotte in Montreal, Quebec. [1]
Grenier and Deschamps split up in May 2016. Instead of finding a new partner, Grenier announced her retirement on June 12. [5]

Bruno Marcotte is a Canadian figure skating coach and former competitor in pairs. He is the 1993 World Junior bronze medallist with Isabelle Coulombe and the 2000 Nebelhorn Trophy champion with Valérie Marcoux.
Meagan Duhamel is a Canadian pair skater. With partner Eric Radford, she is a two-time world champion, a 2018 Olympic gold medallist in the team event, a 2014 Olympic silver medallist in the team event, a 2018 Olympic bronze medallist in the pairs event, a two-time Four Continents champion, the 2014–15 Grand Prix Final champion, and a seven-time Canadian national champion (2012–18).
Deanna Stellato-Dudek is an American pair skater who currently competes with Maxime Deschamps for Canada. With Deschamps, she is the 2022 Grand Prix de France champion, 2022 Skate America silver medalist, 2022 CS Nebelhorn Trophy champion, and 2022 Canadian national bronze medalist.
Vanessa James is a Canadian retired pair skater. Representing France with her former skating partner, Morgan Ciprès, she is the 2019 European Champion, the 2018 World bronze medallist, the 2017 European bronze medallist, the 2018 Grand Prix Final champion, and a six-time French national champion. They have also won medals in Grand Prix and Challenger Series competitions. James and Ciprès competed at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics.
Vanessa Crone is a Canadian former competitive ice dancer. She skated with Paul Poirier from 2001 to 2011, becoming the 2010 Grand Prix Final bronze medallist, 2011 Four Continents bronze medallist, 2008 World Junior silver medallist, and 2011 Canadian national champion.
Mitchell Islam is a Canadian former competitive ice dancer. He teamed up with partner Alexandra Paul in 2009. They are the 2010 World Junior silver medalists, 2013 Nebelhorn Trophy bronze medalists, and three-time Canadian national bronze medalists. They competed at the 2014 Winter Olympics.
Eric Radford is a Canadian pair skater. Andrew Wolfe is a Canadian pair skater. With his skating partner, Camille Ruest, he is the 2019 Canadian national bronze medallist, and has represented Canada at the Four Continents and World Championships, placing eighteenth at the 2018 World Championships in Milan.
Li Zijun is a Chinese former competitive figure skater. She is the 2012 Winter Youth Olympic bronze medalist and the 2014 Four Continents bronze medalist. Li is also the 2017 Asian Winter Games silver medalist, 2010 JGP Final bronze medalist, and a four-time (2011-2014) Chinese national champion.
Michael Marinaro is a Canadian retired competitive pair skater. In an eight-year partnership with Kirsten Moore-Towers from 2014 to 2022, he achieved distinction both domestically and internationally, winning three Canadian national titles. Competing internationally, they are two-time Four Continents medallists, and have won medals on both the Grand Prix and Challenger series, including gold at the 2019 Nebelhorn Trophy and the 2017 U.S. International Classic. The two represented Canada at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics.
Morgan Ciprès is a French former competitive pair skater. With partner Vanessa James, from the United States, he is the 2019 European Champion, the 2018 World bronze medalist, the 2017 European bronze medalist, the 2018 Grand Prix Final champion and a six-time French national champion. They have also won medals in Grand Prix and Challenger Series competitions. James and Ciprès represented France at the 2014 and 2018 Winter Olympics.

The 2015–16 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating was a series of senior invitational internationals which ran from October 23 to December 13, 2015. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Skaters earned points based on their placement at each event and the top six in each discipline qualified to compete at the Grand Prix Final, held in Barcelona, Spain.

Sydney Kolodziej is an American pair skater. Representing Canada with Maxime Deschamps, she has competed at the Four Continents Championships, placing 9th in 2018, and on the Grand Prix series, at the 2017 Skate Canada International.
