Viktor Berezhnyi (born 20 February 1961) is a Ukrainian former basketball player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

A versatile forward standing at 6 ft 9 in (2.06 m), he is a three-time All-EuroLeague selection and won the EuroLeague Best Defender award in 2010.
