Early life

Vipin Kumar David was born on 20 April 1970 in Etah to a Lodhi Rajpoot family of Ganga Prasad. [1] [2] He married Premlata on 5 January 1995. [2]

Education

Vipin Kumar David completed his education with a Bachelor of Arts at the Delhi University in 1991. [4]
