The film features Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Pethuraj, and Amrutha Srinivasan in lead roles with Sivaji Raja, Madhumani, Raj Madiraju and Anita Chowdary in pivotal roles. This film marks the Telugu debut of Nivetha Pethuraj and Srinivasan. The songs and background score for the movie are composed and arranged by Prashanth R Vihari. The film's title was taken from a song from OK Bangaram.
Nani is an Indian actor, producer and television presenter who works predominantly in Telugu cinema and appears in a few Tamil language films. He made his acting debut with Mohana Krishna Indraganti's 2008 comedy film Ashta Chamma, an Indian adaptation of Oscar Wilde's play The Importance of Being Earnest. After Ashta Chamma's commercial success, Nani played the lead roles in three Telugu films in the next two years: Ride (2009), Snehituda (2009) and Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu (2010). In 2011, Nani collaborated with B. V. Nandini Reddy on the romantic comedy film Ala Modalaindi which was profitable. The same year, he made his Tamil cinema debut with Anjana Ali Khan's Veppam, a crime drama set in the backdrop of North Chennai. The following year, Nani collaborated with S. S. Rajamouli and Gautham Vasudev Menon on the Telugu-Tamil bilingual Eega and the romance film Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu respectively. The former, which was about a murdered man reincarnating as a housefly and avenging his death, earned Nani an award in the Best Hero category at the 2013 Toronto After Dark Film Festival. He received the Nandi Award for Best Actor for his performance in Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu.
Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi is a 2018 Indian Telugu-language buddy comedy film written and directed by Tharun Bhascker, and produced by D. Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions. The film stars Vishwak Sen, Sai Sushanth Reddy, Abhinav Gomatam, Venkatesh Kakumanu, Anisha Ambrose, Simran Choudhary, and Galusheya Daria. The music was composed by Vivek Sagar with cinematography by Niketh Bommireddy and editing by Ravi Teja Girijala. The film was released on 29 June 2018 and received mixed reviews from critics, but it became a commercial success.
V is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film written and directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti and produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film stars Nani, Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari along with Vennela Kishore and Tanikella Bharani in supporting roles. It marks Nani's 25th film as a lead actor, in which he plays an antihero for the first time in his career. In the film, Aditya (Babu), a decorated police officer tries to hunt down a serial killer (Nani) who's wife was killed in a riot.
Brochevarevarura is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language crime comedy film written and directed by Vivek Athreya and produced by Vijay Kumar Manyam under the banner of Manyam Productions. The film features Sree Vishnu, Nivetha Thomas, Nivetha Pethuraj, and Satyadev while Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna play supporting roles. The music was composed by Vivek Sagar while the cinematography and editing were done by Sai Sriram and Ravi Teja Girijala, respectively.

SIIMA Award for Best Debut Director – Telugu is presented by Vibri media group as part of its annual South Indian International Movie Awards, for best film direction done by an debut director in Telugu films. The award was first given in 2012 for films released in 2011.

Om Bheem Bush is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language horror comedy film written and directed by Sree Harsha Konuganti and produced by Sunil Balusu under the banner V Celluloid. The film features Sree Vishnu, Priyadarshi, Rahul Ramakrishna and Ayesha Khan in lead roles. Music is composed by Sunny M.R and cinematography by Raj Thota. The film released theatrical on 22 March 2024.
