Vladimir Shishkin (born July 26, 1991) [3] is a Russian professional boxer.
Shishkin had an amateur record of 301-29.[ citation needed ]
Shishkin made his professional debut on 31 July 2016, scoring a fourth-round technical knockout (TKO) victory against Andrejs Loginovs at the Arena Riga in Latvia. [4]
After compiling a record of 5–0 (2 KOs), he defeated Sergey Khomitsky via seventh-round TKO on 30 May 2018 at the Zimney Stadion in Saint Petersburg, capturing the vacant WBA Asia interim super-middleweight title. [5]
Shishkin was scheduled to face Andrey Sirotkin on 21 July at the Olympic Stadium in Moscow. Sirotkin was forced to withdraw from the bout after suffering an injury during training, subsequently being replaced by Gasan Gasanov. With the vacant WBA Continental (Europe) super-middleweight title on the line, Shishkin defeated Gasanov via fifth-round TKO to capture his second professional title. [6] [7]
Shishkin fought William Scull for the vacant IBF super-middleweight title at Stadthalle in Falkensee, Germany, on 19 October 2024. He lost the contest, and his unbeaten professional record, by unanimous decision. [8] [9]

Virgil Eugene Hill is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1984 to 2007, and in 2015. He is a two-weight world champion, having held the WBA light heavyweight title twice, from 1987 to 1997; the IBF and lineal light heavyweight titles from 1996 to 1997; and the WBA cruiserweight title twice, from 2000 to 2002 and 2006 to 2007. As an amateur, Hill won a silver medal in the middleweight division at the 1984 Summer Olympics. In 2013, he was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
Mike McCallum is a Jamaican former professional boxer who competed from 1981 to 1997. He held world championships in three weight classes, including the WBA super welterweight title from 1984 to 1988, the WBA middleweight title from 1989 to 1991, and the WBC light heavyweight title from 1994 to 1995.
Ian Gardner, nicknamed The Cobra for his slithering movements in the boxing ring, is a Canadian former professional boxer who was born and raised in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. In 2001, he moved to the United States to train under Goody Petronelli in Brockton Massachusetts. Brian Magee is a Northern Irish former professional boxer who competed from 1999 to 2012. He held the WBA (Regular) super-middleweight title in 2012, and the IBO title from 2001 to 2004.
