Vladislava Ovcharenko (born 18 December 1986, in Dushanbe) is a Tajikistani track and field sprinter. [1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's 200 metres.

Russians in Tajikistan are a minority ethnic group numbering 68,200 individuals as of 2000 Census, representing 1.1% of the population. In 1989, ethnic Russians made up 7.6% of the population.
