The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is a community arts center in Beverly Hills, California, named for philanthropist Wallis Annenberg
The Wallis is located on the corner of North Santa Monica Boulevard and Crescent Drive in Beverly Hills, California.
The center was designed by architect Zoltan Pali of SPF:architects. [1] [2] [3] [4] It includes the historic 1933 Beverly Hills post office, the newly built 500-seat Goldsmith Theater, the 150-seat Lovelace Studio Theater, GRoW at The Wallis: A Space for Arts Education, a sculpture garden and a promenade terrace designed by Ron Lutsko. [3] [5] The Goldsmith theater is named after Bram Goldsmith, the Chairman Emeritus of City National Bank. [2] The restored landmark Beverly Hills post office is named for Paula Kent Meehan. [2]
Endowed by heiress and philanthropist Wallis Annenberg (born 1939), who donated US$25 million, The Wallis was under construction for ten years. [6] [7] [8] The total cost of creating the center is estimated at $70 million, with an annual operating budget of several million dollars. [9]

Sunnylands is the former Annenberg Estate in Rancho Mirage, California. The 200-acre (0.81 km2) property is currently run by The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands, a not-for-profit organization. The property was owned by Walter and Leonore Annenberg until 2009 and had been used as a winter retreat by the couple beginning in 1966, when the house was completed. The city of Rancho Mirage considers the property to be “rich with historical significance” and declared Sunnylands a historic site in 1990. Located at Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope Drives, the property has been the vacation site of numerous celebrities and public officials. Sunnylands is sometimes referred to as the "Camp David of the West."

The old Beverly Hills Main Post Office is a Renaissance Revival building at the Beverly Hills Civic Center in Beverly Hills, California. The building has carried the addresses 469 North Crescent Drive and 470 North Canon Drive. It was built as the main post office in the 1930s, remaining a post office until the 1990s, and in the 2010s became the Paula Kent Meehan Historic Building of the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
