Vincent Cole Brisby is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver for the New England Patriots and the New York Jets in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Patriots in the second round of the 1993 NFL draft, the team's fourth selection after quarterback Drew Bledsoe, DL Chris Slade, and OL Todd Rucci during their re-building phase that started with the hiring of Bill Parcells. Standing at 6'3" and 193 lb. from Northeast Louisiana University, Brisby played eight NFL seasons from 1993 to 2000 for the Patriots and New York Jets. He was given the nickname Vincent "Ultimate" Brisby by ESPN analyst Chris Berman. Brisby's best game was arguably Week 5 in his second season. He compiled 6 catches for 117 yards and two touchdowns in the Patriots 17–16 comeback win over the Green Bay Packers.

Winey attended Washington-Marion Magnet High School in Lake Charles, Louisiana. On April 12, 2014, Winey was arrested for the shooting of LSU player Tahj Jones after an argument. In January 2015, a grand jury declined to indict Winey.

Rainier Beach High School is a public secondary school in the Seattle Public Schools system. It is located in the Rainier Beach area, in the southeastern part of the city of Seattle, Washington, United States. The school historically has had a strong emphasis on team sports, and many championship teams. The building has a capacity of 1,200 students, but enrollment has declined greatly in recent years. In 2006, 1,302 of the 1,600 high school students living in the Rainier Beach neighborhood traveled out of the area each morning to attend other high schools. In 2008–09, Rainier Beach began the year with 453 students and ended with about 295, giving an average monthly enrollment of 374. Sixty students chose it as their first choice. In 2013 the school began offering an International Baccalaureate program.
