Westpoint Tower (Dutch : Westpoint-woontoren) is the tallest residential building in Tilburg, Netherlands. It is 141.6 metres tall, and has 48 floors. Construction of Westpoint Tower was completed in 2004. At the time of completion the tower was the highest residential building in the Netherlands until 6 November 2010 when it was surpassed by the New Orleans skyscraper in Rotterdam.

The building was designed by Margriet Eugelink (Van Aken Architektuur).

The vertical and horizontal concrete elements of the grid at the front and the back of the tower are painted in different colours. At night, lights in different colours decorate the tower.

The project features numerous skyscrapers located in an area where Dubai Creek has been dredged and extended, and located immediately south of Downtown Dubai. Montevideo is a 43-storey, 139.5 m (458 ft) residential skyscraper on the river Nieuwe Maas in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The Montevideo logo on the roof is an 8 by 8 m letter "M" which brings the tower's total height to 152.3 m (500 ft). The logo is also designed to be a giant wind vane. Designed by Mecanoo architecture firm principal, Francine Houben, the building is one of the tallest woman-designed buildings in the world. The tower was opened 19 December 2005, featuring 192 apartment units, 6,050 m2 (65,122 sq ft) of office space, and 1,933 m2 (20,807 sq ft) of retail space. The building is named after the Uruguay capital city, Montevideo.

The Nishi-Shinjuku 3-Chōme Redevelopment (西新宿三丁目西地区市街地再開発) is a large proposed redevelopment project in Nishi-Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The proposal includes a 77-story office tower, two 66-floor and one 50 floor residential towers. The 77-story office tower, called East Office Tower (東オフィス棟), is set to rise 338 metres (1,109 ft) and become Japan's tallest building, taking the title away from the Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower in Tokyo’s Minato Ward. The office tower would also become Japan's first supertall skyscraper over 300 metres (984 ft). Two identical 66-floor residential towers, called North Residential Tower (北住宅棟) and South Residential Tower (南住宅棟) will rise 245 metres (804 ft). The third and shortest residential building, West Residential Tower (西住宅棟), will rise 190 metres (623 ft) and contain 50 residential floors. The entire complex was slated for completion in 2010, but as of 2010, plans for the complex were still on hold for unannounced reasons.

The Westpoint is a skyscraper located in the Sai Ying Pun district of Hong Kong. The tower rises 41 floors and 186 metres (610 ft) in height. The building was completed in 1999. It was designed by architectural firm Ho & Partners Architects, and was constructed by Chun Wo Construction & Engineering. The Westpoint, which stands as the 84th-tallest building in Hong Kong, is composed entirely of office space. The building is architecturally unique due to its ball structure that adorns the roof; the ball is home to a private club.

Three Sixty West is a skyscraper complex in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It comprises two towers, joined at ground level by a podium. Tower B, the taller of the two, rises to 260 metres (853 ft) with 66 floors and Tower A rises to 255.6 metres (839 ft) with 52 floors. Tower A is a hotel, and private residences are located in Tower B. The podium accommodates amenities such as restaurants and ballrooms.
