Willy Edwin (born 4 December 1974), better known by his stage name Will Masterpiece, is a Malaysian rock musician best known as the co-founder and the primary lead guitarist of the Bornean hard rock band Masterpiece, with whom he achieved mainstream success in the late 2000s. [1] Edwin co-founded Masterpiece, formerly known as Masterjam with his brother Kennedy Edwin in 2003, [2] and has since released four studio albums with the band. Like the other left-handed guitarist, Edwin had the instrument strung upside-down with the high E on the top. [3]

The group was renamed Masterpiece in 2005 after Depha was hired as the band's new vocalist. Drummer Roni and keyboardist Dellender Wilson and Timothy are former members of the band.
Kennedy Edwin is an Iban musician who serves as the rhythm and vocals for Bornean hard rock band Masterpiece. Along with his brother Willy Edwin, he is one of the founding members of Masterpiece, and has since released five studio albums with the band.

Kanowit is a town and the capital of a district of the same name, located within the Sibu Division, Sarawak, Malaysia, comprising 2,253.5 square kilometres. As of 2010, Kanowit's population is 28,985. It is built on the mouth of Kanowit River at the bank of Rajang River, approximately 174 kilometers from the coast of South China Sea. It takes 45 minutes to reach the town by land transport and an hour by boat from Sibu. The main ethnic groups are Iban, Chinese, Malay, and Melanau.

It was released in 2009 through Masterjam Studio and re-released on Panggau Buluh Pengerindu Records in 2010. The album is the band's most popular album, receiving the Album of the Year award at the 2010 Dayak Music Awards in Kuching, Sarawak.

The album consists of ten tracks and titled Ngarap Ka Nuan Nikal Pulai reflecting the lead single title from the album. It was released on March 21, 2016 through Panggau Buluh Pengerindu in Sarawak and Johor. The album receiving the 'Album of the Year' award at the 2016 Dayak Music Awards while the lead single "Ngarap Ka Nuan Nikal Pulai" has won the 'Song of the Year' award at the 2016 ACSJ Music Awards.
"Kaban" is a single recorded by the iban rock band Masterpiece. The song was officially released on October 19, 2016 through YouTube via their independent label, Masterjam Studio. The song was released as a digital download single on the same day. In an interview with The Borneo Post on December 8, the band had announced that "Kaban" is the promotional single for their upcoming fifth studio album which planned to be released in 2017.

It was produced by Embat Lala, who produced the entire album under his record label, Panggau Buluh Pengerindu Records.
