Sourced only to GNIS, which is not enough for notability. Checking the maps, this place originally appeared as Wilson Siding on the 1947 USGS Sacramento map, which somehow changed to Wilson five years later on the Nicolaus map (I would assume, though I don't know, that the railroad changed the name because the tracks were abandoned beyond that point between 1947-52, and as the end of the line there was no longer a reason to have a siding). Regardless, no information could be found, and the site now is just a farm. Not notable. (proposed by WeirdNAnnoyed )
