Plot

Rahul is a college-going boy who has always longed for the attention and love of his parents, which he feels deprived of. When he meets Sohini, his forgets his loneliness and his mind gets obsessed with her thoughts. A new desire to live works within him. But that Rahul loves her remains unknown to Sohini, the results of which were strange or mysterious events occurring in her life. Whether Rahul is able to win the heart of Sohini or not, forms the climax of the story.

Window Connection is the directorial debut of R. K. Gupta. Regarding his first project, he said, "We have already started shooting. It's a triangular love story-turned-psychological thriller. And I must say, both the actors are doing a fine job." Tanusree Chakraborty referred to this film as a "dark film". [1]

Tanusree Chakraborty was signed to play the role of Sohini, who is a cheerful girl who works for an ad agency. On the other hand, Rahul, the character played by Aryann Bhowmik, is a dark character. Rahul is a college-going student from a disturbed family background. This is for the first time that Tanusree is working as a heroine where her hero is younger than her. Regarding her role in the film, Tanusree said, "My character, Sohini, has loads of shades and the film has lots of twists and turns. Initially, it might come across as a love story, but it gradually develops into a thriller." [1] [2]

Mishawr Rawhoshyo is a 2013 Indian adventure thriller film directed by Srijit Mukherji, based on the fictional character Kakababu created by Sunil Gangopadhyay. It stars Prosenjit Chatterjee, Indraneil Sengupta, Swastika Mukherjee, Aryann Bhowmik, and many others. The plot revolves around a hieroglyphic trail that leads the protagonist to Egypt and underneath a pyramid. Aryann Bhowmik is a Bengali film actor who is best known for his work in the 2011 Bengali film Chalo Paltai. His acting has made a mark in the Tollywood arena. Apart from films, Aryann has also made appearances in television and shows. His collaboration with renowned Bengali actor Prosenjit Chatterjee brought him into the limelight. His earlier name was Devdaan, which he changed to Aryann in 2013.

Anusandhan is a 2021 Indian Bengali-language psychological thriller film directed by Kamaleshwar Mukherjee for Bigscreen Films Limited. Starring Saswata Chatterjee, Churni Ganguly and Joydeep Mukherjee, the film is an adaptation of a play directed by Kamaleswar himself. The movie is an adaptation of the 1956 novel A Dangerous Game by Friedrich Dürrenmatt which has earlier been adapted in Marathi as Shantata! Court Chalu Aahe (1971), in Kannada as Male Nilluvavarege (2015) and in Hindi as Chehre (2021). The film was released theatrically on 3 December 2021.
