The World Trade Center Kochi is a twin tower commercial complex located in InfoPark, Kochi, India. Opened in 2016, it is the fourth World Trade Center in India and second in South India after the World Trade Center Bangalore. [1]

Located inside Infopark Phase I campus in the Information technology hub of Kakkanad, the complex houses multinational corporations like IBM, KPMG, Xerox, IQVIA, EXL, Nielsen and UST Global. [2] [3] KPMG has taken up more than 260,000 square feet of office space at tower 1 employing more than 2,500 professionals from this facility.

The WTC Kochi center is spread across 770,000 square feet in two towers each of 10 storeys. The complex was built by Brigade Group who holds the WTCA licenses for all the major South Indian cities. [4]

This is the first information technology park in the state that has become operational under the 'Hub and Spoke Model', where InfoPark, Kochi acts as the hub and InfoPark Koratty as the spoke. The park is located 45 km from Kochi, 35 km from Thrissur, 5 km from Chalakudy and around 14 km from the Cochin International Airport at Nedumbassery. It is fully owned by the Government of Kerala. At the time of their completion, the Twin Towers—the original 1 World Trade Center at 1,368 feet (417 m); and 2 World Trade Center at 1,362 feet (415.1 m)—were the tallest buildings in the world. Other buildings in the complex included the Marriott World Trade Center, 4 WTC, 5 WTC, 6 WTC, and 7 WTC. The complex contained 13,400,000 square feet (1,240,000 m2) of office space.

The World Trade Centre is a complex of eight buildings under construction in the Central Business District of Abuja, FCT in Nigeria. There are seven skyscrapers planned for the site, two of which have already been topped out, with the others either under construction or at various stages of development. At 110 m (361 ft), the 24-floor WTC Tower 1, which topped out in 2015 is the tallest residential building in Nigeria, while WTC Tower 2 is the tallest building in Abuja, standing at 120 m (394 ft). World Trade Center Bangalore Commercial in Karnataka, India

The World Trade Center Bangalore (WTCB) is a building complex located in Malleswaram West, Bangalore, India, which was opened for operation in 2010. Built by Brigade Group who obtained the WTCA license for its construction, the building became the second World Trade Center in India after the one in Mumbai. At 128 m, the WTCB was the tallest commercial building in south India from 2010 till 2015 and the tallest building in Bangalore between 2010 and 2013. The building is part of an integrated enclave called "Brigade Gateway", along with Orion Mall, Manipal Hospital, Sheraton Hotel, Brigade School and Brigade Gateway Apartments.
