Brigade Enterprises Limited is an Indian real estate and property development company that is based in Bangalore. [1] The Brigade Group also has operations in Mangalore, [2] Mysore, Chennai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Chikmagalur, Ahmedabad [3] and a representative office in Dubai. [4] [5] It has won national and international awards in the construction industry. [6] [7] It was founded by M.R. Jaishankar in the year 1986. [8] [9]

The Brigade Group has Brigade International Finance Centre in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City and has built World Trade Center Bangalore, World Trade Center Chennai and World Trade Center, Kochi. Brigade holds the WTCA licenses for all the major South Indian cities. [13]

In 2016, she launched Asia's first real estate accelerator, the Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program (REAP), an initiative to help high-tech start-ups in the real estate sector.

Pavitra Shankar is an Entrepreneur and Managing Director of the real estate company Brigade Group. She was also a Founder of Legion Real Estate, which is based in Menlo Park, California.
