Harley Race's Wrestling Academy is a professional wrestling school located in Troy, Missouri. It was established in 1999 by former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Harley Race. Students of the school are incorporated into the professional wrestling promotion World League Wrestling.
Raytown South Senior High School is a high school located in Raytown, Missouri. The school was established in 1961, and graduated its first class of seniors in 1964. As Raytown became less of a "destination-suburb" in the 1990s, the enrollment fell drastically.
Westside Xtreme Wrestling is a German professional wrestling promotion based in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. wXw has been one of the leading professional wrestling promotions in Germany, and most of its events have been held in the Ruhr district, primarily in Oberhausen. David Brown is a visually impaired American sprint runner. He competed over 100–400 m distances at the 2012 and 2016 Paralympics and 2013 and 2015 world championships and won the 100 m event in 2015 and 2016. He currently holds the world record in the 100 m and 200 m run for the T11 class – being the first totally blind athlete to run 100 m within 11 seconds – as well as the paralympic record in the 100 run.
The National Wrasslin' League (NWL) was an independent professional wrestling promotion based in Kansas City, Missouri. Founded in July 2016 by Major Baisden the NWL promoted live events in Kansas City and St. Louis under the banners of NWL KC and NWL STL, respectively. The NWL's concept was centered around signing homegrown talent from each area, along with free agents from across the country, who would perform in family-friendly storylines centered around personal issues and intercity rivalries. The NWL product was geared primarily at families and men 34–48 who used to watch wrestling before becoming disinterested in the current product. The promotion closed on April 12, 2018.
Max Barsky is an American retired professional wrestler best known by his ring name David Starr. Starr has wrestled for promotions including Combat Zone Wrestling, Evolve, Progress Wrestling, Revolution Pro Wrestling, Westside Xtreme Wrestling, Over the Top Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. He has held championships and won tournaments for companies based in Australia, North America, France, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
