Yu Chao-wei (born 22 October 1993) is a Taiwanese male artistic gymnast.

Career

Yu represented Chinese Taipei at the 2017 Summer Universiade and helped the team finish fifth. He qualified for the rings final and finished eighth. He also represented Chinese Taipei at the 2018 Asian Games where the team finished fourth. Individually, Yu competed in the all-around and finished thirteenth. [1]

Yu was a member of the team that qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games at the 2019 World Championships. [2] In the team final, the Chinese Taipei team finished sixth. [3]

Yu was initially selected to represent Chinese Taipei at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [4] However, he tore his ACL during training in July, and he was replaced by Hung Yuan-hsi. [5]

Wataru Tanigawa is a Japanese artistic gymnast. He won a gold medal with the Japanese team at the 2024 Summer Olympics and a silver medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2022 World Championships, he won a silver medal in the team event and a bronze medal in the all-around. He also won team bronze medals at the 2018 and 2019 World Championships. He is also the 2022 Asian Games vault champion and a two-time World University Games champion.

Tang Chia-hung is a Taiwanese artistic gymnast. He won the gold medal on the horizontal bar and the silver medal on the floor exercise at the 2018 Asian Games. He is the 2019 Summer Universiade horizontal bar champion. He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics and he won the bronze medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics on the horizontal bar.

Lihie Raz is an Olympic artistic gymnast. Born in the United States, she represents Israel internationally. She won the bronze medal on the floor exercise at the 2020 European Championships, which was Israel's first medal at the European Women's Artistic Gymnastics Championships. She is also the 2019 and 2021 Israeli all-around champion. She represented Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics and finished 59th in the all-around during qualifications, but did not advance to any finals. Raz represented Israel at the 2024 Paris Olympics, and came in 16th in the Women's vault, and 31st in the Women's All-Around qualification with a score of 51.632, just missing the final that had a cutoff of 51.698.

Lu Yufei is a Chinese artistic gymnast. She is the 2021 Chinese national all-around and floor exercise champion and balance beam silver medalist, and the 2020 Chinese national floor bronze medalist. She is the 2019 Asian Championships uneven bars champion and all-around silver medalist and a member of the gold medal-winning team. She represented China at the 2020 Summer Olympics and finished fourth in the uneven bars final.

Milka Gehani Elpitiya Badalge Dona also known as Milka Gehani de Silva is a Sri Lankan artistic gymnast. She earned a continental quota spot to the 2020 Summer Olympics after the cancellation of the 2021 Asian Championships. She was the first Sri Lankan gymnast across all disciplines to compete in the Olympics. She also represented Sri Lanka at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics and the 2019 and 2022 World Championships.

Additionally she represented Chinese Taipei at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Hung Yuan-hsi is a Taiwanese male artistic gymnast who will represent Chinese Taipei at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Zhang Boheng is a Chinese artistic gymnast. He competed at the 2024 Summer Olympics and won silver medals with the Chinese team and in the individual all-around. He also won a bronze medal on the horizontal bar. He is the 2021 World all-around champion and the 2022 World all-around silver medalist. He won three gold medals at the 2022 Asian Games and two gold medals at the 2021 World University Games.
