Zhang Yingzhou

Zhang Yingzhou (born 5 March 1962) is a Chinese sport shooter who competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics and in the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]

He also won several medals at the Asian Games. [2]

Olympic skeet is a variant of skeet shooting, and the specific variant used in the Olympic Games. The discipline is sanctioned by the International Shooting Sport Federation. Two throwing machines at different heights launch a series of 25 targets in a specific order, some as singles and some as doubles, with the shooter having a fixed position between them. Both men's and women's competitions consist of five such series. The top six competitors shoot an additional series as a final round, on targets filled with special powder to show hits more clearly to the audience. The competitors use shotguns of 12 bore or smaller. All actions are allowed, including double barrel breech loaders, semi-automatic or others, but not pump action guns.

Stevan Pletikosić is a sport shooter from Serbia. While still a junior, he won a bronze medal in Men's 50 m Rifle Prone in the 1992 Summer Olympics. Torben Grimmel is a Danish sport shooter. Specialising in the ISSF 50m prone rifle event, Grimmel won the silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He was the European Junior Champion in 1995. As of 2023 he has won fourteen ISSF World Cup medals, and two ISSF World Cup finals.

Joan Tomàs Roca is an Andorran trap shooter who competed in five Summer Olympics spanning 36 years.

Sarah Scherer is an American sports shooter. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing in 7th place at Women's 10 metre air rifle. In the same event in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she finished 8th. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she also competed in the women's 50 m rifle - 3 positions event, finishing in 33rd place. She had previously won a junior silver medal in this event in 2010.

Tanyaporn Prucksakorn is a Thai sport shooter who has competed at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. At all three Olympics, she competed in the 10 m air pistol and 25 m pistol events. She has been a competitive shooter since 2003, winning two World Cup silver medals, both at the Munich event.

Ryu Myong-yon is a North Korean sport shooter. Ryu made his official debut for the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where he placed twenty-sixth in the 10 m air pistol, and twenty-eighth in the 50 m pistol, accumulating scores of 574 and 550 points, respectively.

Fátima Gálvez Marín is a Spanish sport shooter. She was the World champion in the individual trap event at the 2015 World Shotgun Championships, and won the Olympic champion in the team event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Lin Yi-chun is a Taiwanese sport shooter. She won two medals, gold and silver, in the women's double trap, at the 2001 and 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in Cairo, Egypt and Lahti, Finland, respectively. She also captured a bronze medal in the women's trap at the 2006 Asian Games in Doha, Qatar, accumulating a score of 80 clay pigeons and a bonus of 1 target from a shoot-off. She won gold at the 2023 ISSF World Shooting Championships in trap.

Chang Yi-ning is a Taiwanese sport shooter. He has been selected to compete for Chinese Taipei in pistol shooting at the 2004 Summer Olympics, and has attained a top seven finish in free pistol at the 2002 ISSF World Championships.
