Zhu Haowen

Zhu Haowen (born February 1967) is a Chinese politician. He was the mayor of Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China, before being transferred to become secretary-general of the Hebei provincial government. [1]

Beginning in 2008, Jing served as the Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Communist Party Committee, in charge of coordination and implementation. Prior to that, Jing served as party chief of Hengshui, a prefecture-level city. He was investigated in March 2015 by the Communist Party's anti-graft agency, suspected of corruption.

Ai Wenli is a former Chinese politician who served as the Vice-Chairman of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Previously, he served as the head of the Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party Hebei Committee and the Mayor of Shijiazhuang. He was placed under investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission shortly after his retirement. Ai is the first leader of vice-ministerial level to spontaneously hand himself in to the anti-corruption agency of China after the implementation of Supervision Law in March 2018.

Li Qian is a former Chinese politician who spent his whole career in north China's Hebei province. He entered the workforce in March 1976, and joined the Chinese Communist Party in May 1983. As of August 2019 he was under investigation by the top anti-graft body, the Chinese Communist Party Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission. Previously he served as vice-governor of Hebei.

Zhang He is a retired Chinese politician formerly served as vice-governor of Hebei between 2006 and 2011. As of April 2020 he was under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. He is the ninth provincial and ministerial level official investigated in Hebei province after the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.

Gao Hongzhi is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in north China's Hebei province. As of September 2020, he was under investigation by China's top anti-corruption agency. Previously he served as mayor and party secretary of Handan and before that, mayor of Hengshui. He is a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.

Liang Huiling is a Chinese politician, currently serving as governor of Heilongjiang and chairwoman of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
