Forum Kochi is a shopping mall located in Maradu in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's largest realty firm, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 10,60,000 sq ft and total retail space of 6,47,000 sq ft. [2]

It is the second largest mall in Kochi after Lulu Mall. The mall will have 6 major and 4 minor anchors including a Hypermarket, a Family Entertainment Centre, 20 restaurants, 11 food counters, 700 seater food court and 9 screen multiplex by PVR. [1] A 40-room hotel space is also being developed in collaboration with Marriott International.

The mall was scheduled to start its construction in 2009, however delayed due to global recession. The mall started its construction in April 2011, expecting for a completion in 2022. [3] [1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023. [4]

It was developed and initially owned by The Gordon Company and Melvin Simon & Associates. The land had previously been used for the unsuccessful Caesars Palace Grand Prix. Esplanade One is the largest shopping mall in the state of Odisha located at Bhubaneswar, designed by the Practice Design Pvt Ltd. It was developed by the Forum Group and The Blackstone Group. Esplanade One has a built-up area of 9.5 lakh sqft, including 4 lakh sqft of leasable area. It also includes 2.5 lakh sqft of offices and 3 lakh sqft of parking. The complex is spread over 9 floors and the offices start from the third floor.
