Skudai Highway(Lebuhraya Skudai), also known as Senai Highway (Lebuhraya Senai), Jalan Tun Abdul Razak or Jalan Skudai, Federal Route 1, is a 29 kilometre partial-access highway in Johor, Malaysia, from the town of Senai in Kulai District to Johor Bahru City in Johor Bahru District. The highway is designated as part of Federal Route 1.
Opened to traffic in 1985, Skudai Highway was built as an upgrade to the Federal Route 1, as part of the North–South Expressway project. It was built as a four-lane highway (two in each direction). The stretch from Bandar Baru Uda to Skudai was widened to six lanes in 2001 to enable the highway to handle higher traffic capacity.
Skudai Highway used to be a tolled highway with two toll plazas, the Senai toll plaza and the Johor Causeway toll plaza. The highway concession was held by PLUS Expressway Berhad, the concessionaire of the North–South Expressway. In March 2004, the federal government decided to abolish the Senai toll plaza, and maintenance responsibility of the highway was transferred to the Malaysian Public Works Department. The Johor Causeway toll plaza remained in operation until 2008.

The Tampoi North Interchange has been upgraded to a Double U-Turn interchange. Construction began in 2005 and was completed in 2008. Meanwhile, Skudai North junctions between Route 1 and Route 5 has been upgraded to trumpet interchanges. Construction began in 2005 and was completed in August 2007.

The Malaysia–Singapore Second Link is a bridge connecting Singapore and Johor, Malaysia. In Singapore, it is officially known as the Tuas Second Link. The bridge was built to reduce the traffic congestion at the Johor–Singapore Causeway and was opened to traffic on 2 January 1998. It was officially opened by Singapore's then Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong with Mahathir Mohamad, who was then Prime Minister of Malaysia. The bridge supports a dual-three lane carriageway linking Kampong Ladang at Tanjung Kupang, Johor to Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim at Tuas, Singapore. The total length of the bridge over water is 1.92 kilometres (1.19 mi). The actual distance between both checkpoints is approximately 6 kilometres (3.7 mi). At Malaysian side, the bridge is connected to the Second Link Expressway E3 also known as Linkedua Expressway, which links from Senai North Interchange Exit 253 at North–South Expressway E2, Senai Airport and Taman Perling, Johor Bahru via its extension known as Johor Bahru Parkway E3. In Singapore, the bridge connects to the Ayer Rajah Expressway.

Part of Asian Highway Route AH18, the highway stretches from its southern end at Jalan Wong Ah Fook and Jalan Tun Abdul Razak in the metropolitan area of Johor Bahru to the northern end at the underpass flyover with North–South Expressway Southern Route and Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway around Pandan. The stretch of Tebrau Highway after this continues as Jalan Pandan and Jalan Kota Tinggi respectively, beyond Pandan. The 8.1-kilometre (5.0-mile) expressway connects the end of the North–South Expressway Southern Route at Pandan to the Johor–Singapore Causeway in the city centre. The expressway was constructed to allow cross-border traffic to bypass the city centre and reduce congestion along Tebrau Highway, the existing main route to the causeway. The construction costs of the expressway is RM 1 billion.
