This is a list of islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad and Tobago is an archipelagic republic in the southern Caribbean.
The Bocas Islands lie between Trinidad and Venezuela, in the Bocas del Dragón (Dragons' Mouth). Locally they are referred to as "Down de Islands" or "DDI".
The Five Islands are actually a group of six small islands lying west of Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria. Also known as Las Cotorras.
Sometimes referred to simply as the Diego Islands, these two islets lie between the Bocas Islands and the Five Islands.

Trinidad and Tobago is an archipelagic republic in the southern Caribbean between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, northeast of Venezuela. They are southeasterly islands of the Lesser Antilles, Monos, Huevos, Gaspar Grande, Little Tobago, and St. Giles Island. Trinidad is 11 km (6.8 mi) off the northeast coast of Venezuela and 130 km (81 mi) south of the Grenadines. The island measures 4,768 km2 (1,841 sq mi) in area with an average length of 80 km (50 mi) and an average width of 59 km (37 mi). The island appears rectangular in shape with three projecting peninsular corners. Tobago is 30 km (19 mi) northeast of Trinidad and measures about 298 km2 (115 sq mi) in area, or 5.8% of the country's area, 41 km (25.5 mi) in length and 12 km (7.5 mi) at its greatest width. The island is cigar-shaped in appearance, with a northeast–southwest alignment.
Trinidad is the larger and more populous of the two major islands of Trinidad and Tobago. The island lies 11 km (6.8 mi) off the northeastern coast of Venezuela and sits on the continental shelf of South America. It is often referred to as the southernmost island in the West Indies. With an area of 4,768 km2 (1,841 sq mi), it is also the fifth largest in the West Indies.
The Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago is the legislative branch of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. The Parliament is bicameral. Besides the President of Trinidad and Tobago, it is composed of the House of Representatives, which is composed of the Speaker of the House of Representatives in addition to 41 directly elected members serving a five-year term in single-seat constituencies, and the Senate which has 31 members appointed by the President: 16 Government Senators appointed on the advice of the Prime Minister, 6 Opposition Senators appointed on the advice of the Leader of the Opposition and 9 Independent Senators appointed by the President to represent other sectors of civil society. It is at present the only parliament in the world with an incumbent female President, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives and Leader of the Opposition and made history by appointing the Caribbean's first and only transgender parliamentarian on 15 February 2022. As of 20 April 2021, there are only 24 female members, or 32.9% and eight members born in Tobago or 11.0%.
Tunapuna is a town in the East–West Corridor of the island of Trinidad, in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Hasely Crawford Stadium, formerly the National Stadium, is located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. It was inaugurated and formally opened by Prime Minister George Chambers on 12 June 1982. On 30 December 1996, Prime Minister Basdeo Panday officially designated it "The Hasely Crawford Stadium", after the first person from Trinidad and Tobago to win an Olympic gold medal.
Huevos is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The island is 1.01 km2 in area. It is one of the "Bocas Islands", which lie in the Bocas del Dragón between Trinidad and Venezuela.
Chacachacare is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, located at 10° 41' north latitude and 61° 45' west longitude. The island is 360 hectares in area.
Nelson Island is one of the Five Islands which lie west of Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria.
Caledonia Island is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is one of "The Five Islands" group of six small islands lying west of Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria. It has an approximate area of just 1.9 hectares.
Craig Island is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is one of “The Five Islands” group of six small islands lying west of Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria. Craig Island is joined to Caledonia Island by a small causeway. The island is currently under the protection of the National Trust of Trinidad and Tobago as a heritage site.
Lenagan Island is a small island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. At only 0.27 hectares, it is one of the The Five Islands lying west of the Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria.
Pelican Island is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is the forth largest of “The Five Islands” group of six small islands lying west of Port of Spain in the Gulf of Paria.
Cronstadt Island is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. One of the "San Diego Islands", it is an islet in the Gulf of Paria that lies between the “Bocas Islands” and “The Five Islands”.
Carrera Island is one of the two Diego Islands in the Gulf of Paria, Trinidad and Tobago. Situated off the northwest peninsula of Trinidad, the islet comprises approximately 20 acres (8.1 ha). When Trinidad was under Spanish rule, Carrera Island was known as Isla Carrera.
Faralon Rock, mostly spelled Farallon Rock, is a small island in Trinidad and Tobago. It is located in the Gulf of Paria just off the coast of San Fernando.
Goat Island is an island in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It is located off the coast of Speyside, between Tobago and Little Tobago.
Sisters’ Rocks are islands in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean Sea. It is located off the northern coast of Tobago directly north of Parlatuvier. Sisters' Rock is popular for snorkeling and scuba diving. The coral reef to the landward eastern side hosts black durgons, brown chromis, creole wrasse, and dwarf angelfish.
Rock Island is a small island in Trinidad and Tobago, part of the Five Islands group of islands. It is located in the Gulf of Paria, approximately 2 kilometres off the main island of Trinidad from Point Gourde. Of the "Five Islands", which are actually made up of six different islands, Rock is the second smallest and the most western of the group.
Patos Island is a small uninhabited island in the northwestern Gulf of Paria. The island is a part of the Dependencias Federales of Venezuela.
