The 1970 Dublin Senior Hurling Championship was the 83rd staging of the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Dublin County Board in 1887. [1]

The final was played on 13 September 1970 at Croke Park in Dublin, between Faughs and St Vincent's, in what was their fourth meeting in the final overall. [3] Faughs won the match by 5–15 to 3–09 to claim their 25th championship title overall and a first title in 18 years. [4]
