Good Counsel GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club in County Dublin, Ireland. The club is based in Drimnagh in the south of Dublin.
The club was formed in 1954. [1] The club's most famous player was Kevin Moran. The 'Counsel', a thriving Gaelic Football, Hurling and Camogie club has served the South Dublin parish of Drimnagh and beyond for the past 50 years.
Boasting a sizeable adult and juvenile membership, it can justifiably say that it is the biggest sporting club in the area, with approx. 800 members. There are boys and girls playing hurling, football and camogie from nursery up to minor level. The club is represented at intermediate hurling, senior camogie and at intermediate football level with junior teams in football, and camogie. It also has an ongoing commitment to a comprehensive coaching programme with the focus firmly fixed on the future.
In March 2016, the club merged with Liffey Gaels of nearby Ballyfermot for their 2016 Junior B Hurling Campaign and would be competing as Counsel Gaels. [2] Over the coming years, other teams from both clubs began to merge. The men's section of the club played their last match under the "Good Counsel" name on November 19, 2019 in a 4–14 to 0-12 Quarter-final defeat against Lucan Sarsfields in the 2019 Dubin U21 Hurling 'C' Championship. The Ladies' section of the club fully merged with Liffey Gaels in 2022. [5]
The Camogie section of the club continues to play under the "Good Counsel" name, fielding 3 teams at Adult level as of 2022. [6] [7] [8]
CLG Na Fianna is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Glasnevin, in the Northside of Dublin, Ireland. It caters for the sporting and social needs of many connected residential areas adjacent to its location through the promotion of Gaelic games — Gaelic football, hurling, camogie, handball and rounders—and the traditional Irish pursuits of music and dance. Céilí music and dancing is a regular feature in the club hall, while informal music sessions are a regular feature of the members’ bar.

Lucan Sarsfields is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Lucan, Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 1886, making it one of the oldest GAA clubs in Dublin. Sarsfields were one of 16 teams which contested the Dublin Senior Championship in 1887. They were also involved in the Senior Championship of 1892, and the club has fielded Gaelic football, hurling and camogie teams ever since.

St Mark's fielded teams at AFL4 in football and AHL3 Hurling in 2019. The hurling team won AHL5 and made it to the Dublin Junior A championship final too in 2017. They also got to the Intermediate Hurling championship Final in 2018, another promotion in AHL4 the same year. The club also caters for Juvenile, Minor and Junior teams in Football, Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football.
Sarsfields is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in Newbridge in County Kildare, Ireland. The club name is linked to Patrick Sarsfield's castle in the area and the club's colours are green with a white sash. Sarsfields has won 25 Kildare Senior Football Championships, more than any other club in the competition.
