The 1990–91 Macedonian Republic League was the 47th season since its establishment. [1] FK Makedonija Gjorche Petrov won their first and only championship title.

After playing at different home grounds in the early years, the club moved to Gradski Stadion Kavadarci on 19 March 1950 and have remained there since.
