The 1992 SCCA American Continental Championship was the first season of the Sports Car Club of America sanctioned professional Formula Continental championship. Greg Ray won the series championship for Primus Racing in a Van Diemen RF92 [1] [2]

The 2016 U.S. F2000 National Championship was the seventh season – since its revival in 2010 – of the U.S. F2000 National Championship, an open wheel auto racing series that is the first step in INDYCAR's Road to Indy ladder, and is owned by Andersen Promotions. A 16-race schedule was announced on October 27, 2015. The National class was re-introduced, for SCCA Formula Continental cars.

Ernest Sikes is a former American racing driver. Sikes won the 1993 SCCA American Continental Championship, a precursor of the USF2000 series. Sikes also competed in the SCCA National Championship Runoffs.
