The 1992–93 Cypriot Third Division was the 22nd season of the Cypriot third-level football league. AEZ Zakakiou won their 1st title.

Athletic Union of Zakaki is a Cypriot football club based in Zakaki, Limassol. The club was founded in 1956. Their colours are green and white and they play in Zakaki Municipal Stadium.

Kentro Neon Onisillos Sotiras was a Cypriot football club from the village of Sotira. The club was founded in 1978 and was named after the ancient Cypriot revolutionary Onesilus. The club has played in the Cypriot First Division once during the 2003–04 season. The club was dissolved on 16 July 2014 due to financial problems.
Tsaggaris Peledriou is a Cypriot football club based in Pelendri, Cyprus. Founded in 1957 as Sotirios Pelendriou, changed their name to Apollon Pelendriou after they were expelled from the CFA on the category of match-fixing. They changed their name to Tsaggaris Pelendriou at 1984. The team was playing sometimes in Third and in Fourth Division.

It began on 28 November 1992 with the first preliminary round and concluded on 19 June 1993 with the final which was held at GSZ Stadium. APOEL won their 13th Cypriot Cup trophy after beating Apollon 4–1 in the final.
