The 1992–93 Cypriot Third Division was the 22nd season of the Cypriot third-level football league. AEZ Zakakiou won their 1st title.

Association football team field sport

Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a team sport played with a spherical ball between two teams of eleven players. Athletic Union of Zakaki is a Cypriot football club based in Zakaki, Limassol. The club was founded in 1956. Their colours are green and white and they play in Zakaki Municipal Stadium.

Format

Fourteen teams participated in the 1992–93 Cypriot Third Division. All teams played against each other twice, once at their home and once away. The team with the most points at the end of the season crowned champions. The first two teams were promoted to 1993–94 Cypriot Second Division. The last three teams were relegated to the 1993–94 Cypriot Fourth Division.

The 1993–94 Cypriot Second Division was the 39th season of the Cypriot second-level football league. Aris won their 3rd title.

The 1993–94 Cypriot Fourth Division was the 9th season of the Cypriot fourth-level football league. Elia Lythrodonta won their 1st title. The winner were promoted to the 1994–95 Cypriot Third Division. The last 5 teams were relegated to regional leagues.

The 3rd-placed team faced the 12th-placed team of the 1993–94 Cypriot Second Division, in a two-legged relegation play-off for one spot in the 1993–94 Cypriot Second Division.

Point system

Teams received three points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a loss.

Onisilos Sotira association football club based in Sotira, Cyprus

Kentro Neon Onisillos Sotiras was a Cypriot football club from the village of Sotira. The club was founded in 1978 and was named after the ancient Cypriot revolutionary Onesilus. The club has played in the Cypriot First Division once during the 2003–04 season. The club was dissolved on 16 July 2014 due to financial problems.

Tsaggaris Peledriou is a Cypriot football club based in Pelendri, Cyprus. Founded in 1957 as Sotirios Pelendriou, changed their name to Apollon Pelendriou after they were expelled from the CFA on the category of match-fixing. They changed their name to Tsaggaris Pelendriou at 1984. The team was playing sometimes in Third and in Fourth Division.
