Postman Pat is a British stop motion animated children's television series first produced by Woodland Animations. The series follows the adventures of Pat Clifton, a postman who works for Royal Mail postal service in the fictional village of Greendale.
TV4 AB is a Swedish media company owned by Telia Company through TV4 Media. The company owns the largest commercial television channel in Sweden, TV4.
Thomas Ravelli is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His 21-year professional career was almost exclusively associated with Öster and Göteborg, for whom he appeared in a combined 416 Allsvenskan games. The most-capped player for the Sweden national team for several years, Ravelli represented the nation at the 1990 and 1994 FIFA World Cups, and UEFA Euro 1992.
Bingolotto is a Swedish primetime television lottery game show that was first broadcast 1989 on local TV and since 1991 nationwide on the Swedish network TV4. The show is a collaboration work between Swedish TV channel TV4, the Swedish lottery game company Folkspel and the Swedish sports life. The show premiered on 16 January 1989 on the local TV channel Kållevisionen with the highly popular Leif "Loket" Olsson as show host. Since the beginning, the show has given 16 billion Swedish krona to the Swedish sports life centre.
Entertainment Rights PLC was a British multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate that specialized in TV shows and cartoons, children's media, films, and distribution. In May 2009, the company was acquired by Boomerang Media and merged into its own subsidiary Classic Media.
Anton Glanzelius is a Swedish former child actor and a television producer, known for his starring role in My Life as a Dog (1985), for which he was named Best Actor at the 21st Guldbagge Awards.
The Grammis are music awards presented annually to musicians and songwriters in Sweden. The oldest Swedish music awards were instituted as a local equivalent of the Grammy Awards given in the United States. The awards ceremony is generally held each year in February in Stockholm. The awards were established in 1969 and awarded until 1972 when they were cancelled, then revived in 1987.
TV4 is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media AB. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In 1994, TV4 became the largest channel and remained so for a number of years. The two channels of Sveriges Television (SVT) lost more and more viewers for a couple of years. After making schedule changes in 2001, SVT1 had practically the same numbers of viewers as TV4. From 2004 to 2019, the TV4 Group was a fully active member of the European Broadcasting Union.
Hans Thomas Eriksson, known by his stage name Orup, is a Swedish singer, songwriter and musician who enjoyed major success in his native country and Scandinavia in the late 1980s and early 1990s with songs like "Jag blir hellre jagad av vargar", "Regn hos mej", "M.B.", "Då står pojkarna på rad", "Magaluf", and "Stockholm". Orup has also written several songs for other performers. He wrote the winning song of Melodifestivalen 2004, "Det gör ont" performed by Lena Philipsson. He was one of the judges on X Factor in 2012. Orup also took part in season 5 of the Swedish TV-show Så mycket bättre, broadcast on TV4.
Kayode Maria Söderberg Shekoni is a Swedish-Nigerian singer and actress.
Television began in Sweden in 1954 with test transmissions, prior to the opening of the first station, Radiotjänst, two years later. A second channel was launched in 1969. Commercial television arrived in the 1980s through cable television and in 1992, the country's first terrestrial commercial channel was launched.
Leslie Hulme, known professionally as Ken Barrie, was an English voice actor and singer. He was best known for singing the theme tune of the BBC television programmes Hi-de-Hi!, Postman Pat and Charlie Chalk, and also narrated the latter two. He was also known for providing the voices of several of the series' characters.
Kristin Kaspersen is a Swedish-Norwegian television host who is working for the Swedish media company TV4 Group, which is the owner of the television channel TV4. She is the daughter of Lill-Babs and Kjell Kaspersen and was raised in Stockholm. Kaspersen began her television career in the early 1990s after completing an internship on one of Robert Aschberg's programs. She has hosted many popular television shows since then, and is "one of Sweden's famous television faces" according to a 2009 article in Sydsvenskan. Kaspersen is one of the hosts of Nyhetsmorgon on TV4.
Eurotroll is a Swedish dubbing company based in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden. The company dubs content into a Swedish, Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian. The company is one of the few independent dubbing companies in Scandinavia. The company was founded in 1993 by Lasse Svensson. Before he founded Eurotroll, he was president of another dubbing named Media Dubb, which is unrelated to Eurotroll. The company dubs animation and videogames.

Leif "Loket" Olsson, is a Swedish television host, sports journalist, radio host, and danceband singer. He is most recognized as the host of Bingolotto on TV4 between 1991 and 1999. Olsson got his big breakthrough as the host of the radio programme Radio Ringlinjen which started in 1978. In 1992 Olsson was awarded the Lennart Hyland-Award as "most popular television personality of 1992" for his work on Bingolotto. Olsson is also known for hosting Svenska Idrottsgalan between 2000 and 2002, and also for the economy show Deklarera med Loket och Unni.
