1 Elizabeth is a skyscraper in Sydney, Australia. Designed by Johnson Pilton Walker, the tower stands at a height of 174 metres.
Construction works of the building, built by Macquarie Group and designed by the architecture firm Johnson Pilton Walker, began in 2020 and are to be completed in 2024. [1] At completion, the building will become Macquarie Group's new global headquarters, allowing the group's employees to be reunited in one single location for the first time in over 20 years. [2]

1250, boulevard René-Lévesque is a 199-metre (653 ft), 47-story skyscraper in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is the second tallest building in Montreal and the province of Quebec, when the spire is excluded, as per the height definition used by the city of Montreal. For international comparison the spire is included as per CTBUH, which brings the height to 226.5m and becomes the tallest building in Montreal and the province of Quebec. The building was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates for IBM Canada and Marathon Realty, hence the former name "IBM-Marathon Tower". It is now named for its address at 1250 René Lévesque Boulevard West, in the Ville-Marie borough of Downtown Montreal. It is adjacent to the Bell Centre and Windsor Station to the south, and stands on the site of the former American Presbyterian Church. It is connected to the Bonaventure metro station and the underground city network.

Central Park is a major mixed-use urban renewal project in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia located on Broadway in the suburb of Chippendale. The development is focused on a new public park located just off Broadway of approximately 6,500 square metres (70,000 sq ft) in size. For many decades the southern side of Broadway was dominated by a brewery, which closed in the 2000s and the site was put up for sale. Frasers Property purchased the site from the Foster's Group on 29 June 2007. On a difficult site, the design fitted the towers around the streets, created new public spaces and connections to the city, added 30,000 specially selected plants, included art work, and incorporated pedestrian as well as vehicular access.

It was built in the Parramatta Square Development on plot 8 called PSQ8.

Designed by WilkinsonEyre, it stands at a height of 271.3 m (890 ft) with 89 floors, making it the tallest building in Sydney and 4th tallest building in Australia. It was developed by Crown Resorts, primarily comprising a hotel and residential apartments, while a casino and other hospitality venues make up the rest of its floorspace. Construction first began in October 2016, before topping out in March 2020. The tower was inaugurated to the public in December 2020.
