Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours is a motor racing circuit located in central France, near the towns of Magny-Cours and Nevers, some 250 km from Paris and 240 km from Lyon.

1992 World Sportscar Championship

The 1992 Sportscar World Championship season was the 40th and final season of FIA World Sportscar Championship motor racing. 2002 FIA Sportscar Championship

The 2002 FIA Sportscar Championship was the second season of the FIA Sportscar Championship, an auto racing series regulated by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile and organized by the International Racing Series Ltd. It was the sixth season of the series dating back to the International Sports Racing Series of 1997. The series featured sports prototypes in two categories, SR1 and SR2, and awarded championships for drivers, teams, and manufacturers in each respective category. The series began on 7 April and ended on 22 September after six races held in Europe.

The 2001 FIA Sportscar Championship was the inaugural season of FIA Sportscar Championship, an auto racing series regulated by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile and organized by International Racing Series Ltd. The series was a continuation of the previous SportsRacing World Cup dating back to 1997. It was open to two categories of sports prototypes, SR1 and SR2, and awarded championships to drivers and teams in each category. A championship for constructors was also established for this season. It began on 8 April and ended on 16 September after eight races.

The 2005 FIA GT Magny-Cours Supercar 500 was the second race for the 2005 FIA GT Championship season. It took place on 1 May 2005 at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours. It was also the second round of the 2005 British GT Championship, counting for the GT2 class only.

The Debora LMP200 was a Le Mans Prototype, built by Debora in 2001 for use in the European Le Mans Series. Initially fitted with a 3.2-litre BMW straight-six engine, it was refitted with a 3-litre BMW straight-six in 2002, and then a 3.4-litre Mader-BMW straight-six in 2003. One car is known to have been built. The LMP200 was used by Didier Bonnet Racing when they won the European Le Mans Series in 2001.

Ascari A410

The Ascari A410 was a Le Mans Prototype built by Ascari Cars in 2000. The car, which was based on the Lola T92/10 Group C racing car, featured a 4-litre Judd GV4 V10 engine, and was used in European and international sports car racing events. In 2002, it was renamed as the Ascari KZR-1 and shipped to the United States for usage in the American Le Mans Series. Two cars were built.

The GMS Durango LMP1 was a Le Mans Prototype built for Durango by GMS in 2000. Initially fitted with a 4-litre BMW V8 engine, which was prepared by Mader, a Judd GV4 V10 was fitted in its place for the 2002 season. Durango replaced the car with their own PM 02 for the 2003 season. The GMS Durango LMP1 was not particularly successful, and had a weak gearbox; but it was able to win one race, the 2002 6 Hours of Vallelunga.

The Rapier 6 was a sports prototype racing car built by LM3000 in 1999. It used a 3-litre Nissan V6 engine, and Team Sovereign ran the car in the FIA Sportscar Championship. The car achieved moderate success, and Team Sovereign retired it at the end of the 2003 season, after the series folded. In 2011, it reappeared in the Britcar series, being driven by Mike Millard.

The 2021 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup is the ninth season of the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup following on from the demise of the SRO Motorsports Group's FIA GT1 World Championship, the second after title sponsor Blancpain withdrew sponsorship. The season will begin on 7 May at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in France and will end on 26 September at Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia.
