The 2003 Internazionali Femminili di Palermo was a women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts in Palermo, Italy that was part of the Tier V category of the 2003 WTA Tour. It was the 16th edition of the Internazionali Femminili di Palermo and took place from 7 July until 13 July 2003. Ninth-seeded Dinara Safina won the singles title and earned $16,000 first-prize money.

Katarina Srebotnik and Åsa Svensson were the defending champions, but none competed this year.

Maria Elena Camerin and Emmanuelle Gagliardi were the defending champions, but chose to compete in Luxembourg at the same week.

Li Ting and Sun Tiantian won the first edition of this tournament in an all-Chinese final.

Marion Bartoli and Émilie Loit were the defending champions, but Bartoli chose not to participate in 2005. Loit successfully defended her title, alongside Barbora Strýcová.

Adriana Serra Zanetti and Emily Stellato were the defending champions, but lost in the first round to eventual champions Anabel Medina Garrigues and Arantxa Sánchez Vicario.
