Three-time defending champion Roger Federer defeated Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–0, 7–6(7–5), 6–7(2–7), 6–3 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2006 Wimbledon Championships. It was his fourth Wimbledon title and his eighth major title overall. Federer lost just one set during the tournament, to Nadal in the final. It would be the first of three consecutive years that Federer and Nadal would contest the Wimbledon final.
Jérémy Chardy was the defending champion, but was no longer eligible to compete in the juniors.
Thiemo de Bakker was the defending champion, but did not complete in the Juniors this year.
Rafael Nadal defeated five-time defending champion Roger Federer in the final, 6–4, 6–4, 6–7(5–7), 6–7(8–10), 9–7 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2008 Wimbledon Championships. It was his fifth major title, and his first outside of the French Open. It was also the first time Federer lost a major final outside the French Open. It would be Federer's only loss at Wimbledon between 2003 and 2009. The final marked the third of three consecutive Wimbledon finals contested by Federer and Nadal, with Federer emerging victorious in the two prior encounters. It was the second-longest championship match in Wimbledon history with play lasting 4 hours and 48 minutes, and with two rain delays. The event stretched over seven hours ending just before nightfall, and is considered by many to be one of the greatest matches in tennis history.
Novak Djokovic defeated defending champion Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–4, 6–1, 1–6, 6–3, to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2011 Wimbledon Championships. It was his first Wimbledon title and third major title overall. With his loss to Djokovic in the final, Nadal ended his 20-match Wimbledon winning streak dating back to 2008, having missed the 2009 championships due to injury. It marked Nadal's fifth non-consecutive and most recent Wimbledon final.
Novak Djokovic defeated Roger Federer in the final, 6–7(7–9), 6–4, 7–6(7–4), 5–7, 6–4 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2014 Wimbledon Championships. It was his second Wimbledon title and seventh major title overall.
Defending champion Novak Djokovic defeated Roger Federer in a rematch of the previous year's final, 7–6(7–1), 6–7(10–12), 6–4, 6–3 to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2015 Wimbledon Championships. It was his third Wimbledon title and ninth major title overall. Federer was vying to become the first man to win Wimbledon eight times, and became the first man in the Open Era to reach 10 finals at the same major.
Nicolas Mahut was the defending champion, but did not complete in the Juniors this year.
Andy Murray defeated Milos Raonic in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–3), 7–6(7–2) to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2016 Wimbledon Championships. It was his second Wimbledon title and third major title overall. Raonic became the first Canadian man to reach a major singles final. He was also the first non-European to reach the Wimbledon final since Andy Roddick in 2009, the first player born in the 1990s to reach a major final, and the first non-European to make any major final since Kei Nishikori at the 2014 US Open.
Pat Cash defeated Henrik Sundström in the final, 6–4, 6–7(5–7), 6–3 to win the boys' singles tennis title at the 1982 Wimbledon Championships.
Diego Nargiso defeated Jason Stoltenberg in the final, 7–6(8–6), 6–4 to win the boys' singles tennis title at the 1987 Wimbledon Championships.

Defending champion Novak Djokovic defeated Roger Federer in the final, 7–6(7–5), 1–6, 7–6(7–4), 4–6, 13–12(7–3) to win the gentlemen's singles tennis title at the 2019 Wimbledon Championships. At four hours and 57 minutes in length, it was the longest singles final in Wimbledon history. It was Djokovic's fifth Wimbledon title and 16th major title overall. Djokovic became the first man since Bob Falkenburg in 1948 to win the title after being championship points down, having saved two when down 7–8 in the fifth set. This was the first time since the 2004 French Open that a man saved championship points in order to win a major. Djokovic became the second man and third singles player overall to win multiple major titles after saving match point during the tournament, after Rod Laver and Serena Williams. Conversely, this was the third time that an opponent of Federer saved match points and went on to win the major, following Marat Safin in the 2005 Australian Open and Djokovic in the 2011 US Open.
Rafael Nadal defeated Daniil Medvedev in the final, 7–5, 6–3, 5–7, 4–6, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2019 US Open. It was his fourth US Open title and 19th major title overall. Nadal's victory meant that every major title since the beginning of 2017 had been won by either himself (5), Novak Djokovic (4) or Roger Federer (3). This was the first time since 2006–08 that Djokovic, Federer, and Nadal had claimed all four major singles titles in three consecutive years.
