The 2007 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida from May 23 through 26. Jacksonville won its third tournament championship to earn the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. [2]
The top six teams (based on conference results) from the conference earn invites to the tournament. Kennesaw State and North Florida were ineligible for the tournament due to NCAA rules after reclassifying to Division I.

The 2007 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Tournament was held at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL from May 23 through May 27. North Carolina won the tournament and earned the Atlantic Coast Conference's automatic bid to the 2007 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. This was the first year the conference used the round robin tournament setup. The best record of each group at the end of the round robin would face each other in a one-game match for the championship.
The Jacksonville Dolphins are the intercollegiate athletics teams that represent Jacksonville University, located in Jacksonville, Florida. The Dolphins participate in NCAA Division I athletics, and are primarily members of the ASUN Conference. Some teams in sports that are not sponsored by the ASUN play in other conferences; specifically, the men's and women's rowing teams are in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The men's lacrosse team had played in the Southern Conference (SoCon) from 2015 to 2022, but that sport will return to the ASUN for the 2023 season.
The North Florida Ospreys are the athletic teams of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. The Ospreys compete in the ASUN Conference in NCAA Division I. UNF became a full-fledged member of Division I in 2009; previously, the Ospreys were members of the Sunshine State Conference and Peach Belt Conference in NCAA Division II. UNF fields teams in seven men's sports and ten women's sports.
The 2010 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Tournament was held at NewBridge Bank Park in Greensboro, NC from May 26 through May 30. The #5 seeded Florida State Seminoles won the tournament and earned the Atlantic Coast Conference's automatic bid to the 2010 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. It was Florida State's fifth ACC tournament win and first since 2004. A record 6,247 were in attendance for the championship game.
The Campbell Fighting Camels baseball team is Campbell University's NCAA Division I baseball team. The team plays its home games on campus at Jim Perry Stadium, named for former Campbell Baseball and Basketball player Jim Perry. Prior to 2012, the venue was known as Taylor Field. The team currently competes as members of the Big South Conference. The Fighting Camels competed in the Big South until 1994 when they joined the Atlantic Sun Conference. They returned to the Big South in 2011. Notable alumni include Jim Perry, Ryan Thompson and Cedric Mullins.
The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles refer to the fifteen intercollegiate athletic teams that represent Florida Gulf Coast University, located in Fort Myers, Florida in intercollegiate athletics, including men and women's basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, and tennis; women's-only: softball, swimming and diving, indoor volleyball, and beach volleyball; and men's-only: baseball. The Eagles compete in the NCAA Division I and are members of the ASUN Conference (ASUN). FGCU is also notable as the youngest institution competing in NCAA Division I, having been officially founded in 1991 and started classes in 1997. Their mascot is Azul the Eagle.
The 2011 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Tournament was held at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, NC from May 25 through May 29. All of the games were shown live on Fox Sports South with select games being shown on Fox Sports Florida, Comcast Mid-Atlantic, Sun Sports, and New England Sports Network. Top seeded Virginia won the tournament and earned the Atlantic Coast Conference's automatic bid to the 2011 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. It was Virginia's third ACC tournament win and second in three years.
The North Florida Ospreys baseball team represents the University of North Florida in the sport of baseball. The Ospreys compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), in the ASUN Conference (A-Sun). They play their home games in Harmon Stadium on the university's Jacksonville, Florida campus, and are currently led by head coach Tim Parenton. The Ospreys were founded in 1988 as members of the NAIA. They moved to the NCAA Division II level in 1994, and began their Division I transition in 2006. They became fully eligible at the Division I level in 2010. Most recently, the Ospreys won their first Atlantic Sun regular season championship in 2015.
The 2013 Big East Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Bright House Field in Clearwater, Florida from May 22 through May 26. The event, held at the end of the conference regular season, determined the champion of the Big East Conference for the 2013 season. Eight seeded Connecticut won their third tournament championship to claim the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2013 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, FL from May 22 through 25. East Tennessee State won their first tournament championship and claimed the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The Buccaneers joined the conference in 2005.
The 2009 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida from May 21 through 24. Jacksonville won its fourth tournament championship to earn the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2009 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. The event was heavily marred by rain, resulting in two format changes. Originally planned as a six team double-elimination tournament, the format was changed to a single elimination format.
The 2008 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida from May 21 through 25. Lipscomb won its first tournament championship to earn the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2008 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament. Lipscomb joined the conference prior to the 2004 season.
The 2006 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida from May 25 through 27. Stetson won its sixth tournament championship, and second in a row, to earn the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2006 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 1979 Trans America Athletic Conference (TAAC) Baseball Tournament, the first-ever for the league known since the 2001–02 school year as the Atlantic Sun Conference, was held at Centenary Park on the campus of Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana from May 10 through 13. Mercer won the first tournament championship. As a new conference, the TAAC did not have an automatic bid to the 1979 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 1980 Trans America Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Luther Williams Field on the campus of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia from May 1 through 4. This was the second tournament championship held by the Trans America Athletic Conference, in its second year of existence. Georgia Southern won their first tournament championship. The Eagles earned a bid to the 1980 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament, the first for the league.

Kennesaw State won their first tournament championship and claimed the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
Craig Gibson is an American college baseball coach and former first baseman. He is the head baseball coach at Mercer University since the start of the 2004 season. Under Gibson, Mercer has appeared in its first two NCAA Tournaments. A Macon native, Gibson is a Mercer alumnus and played baseball for the Bears from 1983–1986, winning a conference player of the year award as a junior.
The 2003 Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Melching Field at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson University in DeLand, Florida from May 26 through 29. Jacksonville won its second tournament championship to earn the Atlantic Sun Conference's automatic bid to the 2003 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 2000 Trans America Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at John Sessions Stadium at Alexander Brest Field on the campus of Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida from May 17 through 20. Stetson won its fourth tournament championship to earn the Trans America Athletic Conference's automatic bid to the 2000 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The 1997 Trans America Athletic Conference Baseball Tournament was held at Conrad Park on the campus of Stetson in DeLand, Florida. This was the nineteenth tournament championship held by the Trans America Athletic Conference. UCF won their fourth tournament championship in five years, and third in a row, and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 1997 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
