2008 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying squads

The 2008 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying was an international football tournament that was held in the United States from 11 and 23 March 2008. The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of twenty players, two of whom had to be goalkeepers.

The final lists were published by CONCACAF on 10 and 11 March 2008. [1] [2]

The age listed for each player is on 11 March 2008, the first day of the tournament. A flag is included for coaches who are of a different nationality than their own national team. Players marked in bold have been capped at full international level.

Canada, represented by the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), competed at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, from August 8 to 24, 2008. Canadian athletes had competed in every Summer Olympic Games since 1900 with the exception of 1980, which were boycotted in protest of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Canada sent 332 athletes in 25 sports, the seventh largest team at the games and Canada's largest since 1988. Canada did not send a team in handball, volleyball or basketball. The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of twenty players, three of whom had to be goalkeepers.

The sixteen national teams involved in the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup were required to register a squad of 23 players; only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament. The 2008 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament was an international football tournament that was held in Mexico from 2 to 12 April 2008. The six national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 20 players – of which two had to be goalkeepers – by 31 March 2008, two days prior to the opening match of the tournament. Only players in these squads were eligible to take part in the tournament.
