The 2010 Bulgarian Figure Skating Championships were the Bulgarian Figure Skating Championships of the 2009-2010figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles and pair skating on the senior level for the title of national champion of Bulgaria. The results of the national championships were used to choose the teams to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships, and the 2010 European Figure Skating Championships.

The Bulgarian Figure Skating Championships are the figure skating national championship held annually to determine the national champions of Bulgaria. Skaters compete in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, and ice dancing, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. The event is organized by the Bulgarian Skating Federation.

The figure skating season is the period of time in which competitions are contested in the sport of figure skating. The skating season begins on July 1 of one year and lasts until June 30 of the next year, thus spanning a full 12 months. The seasons are referred to by the years they span, for example, the 2017/2018 season began in July 2017 and ended in June 2018.

Single skating discipline of figure skating

Single skating is a discipline of figure skating in which male and female skaters compete individually. Men's singles and women's singles, along with the other figure skating disciples, pair skating, ice dance, and synchronized skating, are governed by the International Skating Union (ISU).

The 2017–18 Japan Figure Skating Championships were held in Tokyo, in December 2017. It was the 86th edition of the event. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.
