Rosario is the largest city in the central Argentine province of Santa Fe. The city is located 300 km (186 mi) northwest of Buenos Aires, on the west bank of the Paraná River. Rosario is the third-most populous city in the country, and is also the most populous city in Argentina that is not a capital. With a growing and important metropolitan area, Greater Rosario has an estimated population of 1,750,000 as of 2020. One of its main attractions includes the neoclassical, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco architecture that has been retained over the centuries in hundreds of residences, houses and public buildings.
Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz is the capital city of the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. It is situated in north-eastern Argentina, near the junction of the Paraná and Salado rivers. It lies 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from the Hernandarias Subfluvial Tunnel that connects it to the city of Paraná. The city is also connected by canal with the port of Colastiné on the Paraná River. The circuit was formerly the longest circuit in the province until the circuit in Concordia was reconfigured, with the new length being 4.700 km (2.920 mi), 0.421 km (0.262 mi) longer than the Autódromo de Concepción del Uruguay in its full layout.

TC Mouras is a stock car racing series in Argentina which is operated by the Asociación Corredores de Turismo Carretera. This series was founded in 2004 as a division of TC Pista, being called as TC Pista B and located as the opening series of Turismo Carretera. After the initial championship, won by Luis Esteban Hernández, the ACTC recategorized the TC Pista B as a school category for those drivers who wish to compete at the national level in the TC Pista, their competitions being organized mainly at the Autódromo Roberto José Mouras. For this reason, the series was renamed TC Mouras, the name being a combination of the acronym of the higher category and the surname of the driver Roberto Mouras who gave the name to the circuit.
Autódromo Juan María Traverso is a 4.000 km (2.485 mi) motorsports circuit located in San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Argentina. The circuit was inaugurated on 7 October 2018 and its original name was Autódromo San Nicolás Ciudad. On 30 October 2022, its name was changed to Autódromo Juan María Traverso on behalf of Juan María Traverso, who was one of the promoters of the construction of the racetrack. It has hosted national events, such as Turismo Carretera, TC2000 Championship and Turismo Nacional.
