Daegu Football Club, commonly referred to as Daegu FC, is a South Korean professional football club based in Daegu. The club was founded as a community club at the end of 2002, and the club made their K League 1 debut in 2003. Daegu has played mostly in the K League 1 but was relegated at the end of the 2013 season to the K League 2. They were promoted back to the K League 1 for 2017 and went on to win the Korean FA Cup in 2018, which qualified them for the 2019 Asian Champions League. The club's best season in K League 1 was in 2019, when it finished fifth out of 12 teams.

The Kyabram District Football League (KDL) is an Australian rules football league in Victoria. It is made up of 15 teams; the most recent additions include Dookie United in 2018 and Shepparton East in 2019 following an affiliation dispute with the Picola & District Football League. The KDL is made up of smaller country town football clubs in the Goulburn Valley. The majority of these towns have a population base of around 1000 people, each of these clubs fields three football sides in the Senior, Reserve and Under 18 divisions of the KDFL as well as five netball sides in A-Grade, B-Grade, C-Grade, 17 & Under, 15 & Under and 13 & Under divisions, C Reserve has also been added with 6 teams participating in 2019.
