The 2012–13 Chattanooga Mocs basketball team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga during the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mocs, led by ninth year head coach John Shulman, played their home games at the McKenzie Arena and were members of the North Division of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 13–19, 8–10 in SoCon play to finish in fifth place in the North Division. They lost in the first round of the SoCon tournament to UNC Greensboro. [1]

The 2011–12 Davidson Wildcats men's basketball team represented Davidson College in NCAA men's Division I competition. The Wildcats were coached by Bob McKillop in his 23rd year and played their home games at John M. Belk Arena. They compete in the Southern Conference's South Division. They finished the season 25–8, 16–2 in SoCon play to be crowned South Division Champions and overall regular season champions. They were the champions of the SoCon Basketball tournament to earn the conference's automatic bid into the 2012 NCAA tournament where they lost in the first round to Louisville.

The Mocs finished the season 17–13, 8–6 in third place in the SoCon, losing to UNC Greensboro in the conference tournament. They received an at-large berth in the 2018 WNIT and lost in the first round to UAB.

The Buccaneers, led by third-year head coach Steve Forbes, played their home games at the Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City, Tennessee as of the Southern Conference. They finished the season 25–9, 14–4 in SoCon play to finish in second place. They defeated Chattanooga and Furman to advance to the championship game of the SoCon tournament where they lost to UNC Greensboro. Despite having 25 wins, they did not participate in a postseason tournament.

The 2008–09 Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 2008–09 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mocs, led by head coach John Shulman, played their home games at the McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as members of the Southern Conference. The Mocs won a share of the SoCon North Division title, and won the 2009 SoCon tournament, earning an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the 16th seed in the West region. Chattanooga was beaten by top seed Connecticut in the first round, 103–47.

The 2022–23 Chattanooga Mocs men's basketball team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mocs, led by first-year head coach Dan Earl, played their home games at McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as members of the Southern Conference.

The 2022 Southern Conference women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Southern Conference held from October 25 through November 6, 2022. The tournament was held at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The ten-team single-elimination tournament consisted of four rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Samford Bulldogs were the defending champions. Samford successfully defended their crown defeating the fourth seed UNC Greensboro in a penalty-shoot out in the final. This was the fifth Southern Conference tournament title for the Samford women's soccer program, all five of which have come under coach Todd Yelton. As tournament champions, Samford earned the Southern Conference's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.
