The 2013 African U-17 Championship qualification was a men's under-17 football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2013 African U-17 Championship.

Preliminary round

The first leg matches were played on either 7, 8 or 9 September 2012. The second leg matches were played on either 21, 22 or 23 September 2012. The winners advanced to the First Round.

The first leg matches were played on either 12, 13 or 14 October 2012. The second leg matches were played on either 26, 27 or 28 October 2012, except for the Congo vs Zimbabwe match, which was played on 6 November. The winners advanced to the Second Round.

The 2013 African U-17 Championship was a football competition organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The tournament took place in Morocco from 13 to 27 April. The top four teams qualified for the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

The qualification phase for the 2014 African Nations Championship was played from November 2012 to August 2013. Qualification was divided into the CAF Regional Zones. Each zone had either two or three teams that qualified for the final tournament in South Africa.

The qualifying rounds of the 2013 CAF Confederation Cup were played from 16 February to 2 June 2013, to decide the eight teams which advanced to the group stage.

The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualification matches determined the participating teams for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The qualification procedure for the 2014 African Women's Championship, the continent's women's association football championship started on 14 February 2014. A record 25 teams applied for the 2014 African Women's Championship. Four teams eventually withdrew before playing any match.

The qualifying rounds of the 2014 CAF Confederation Cup were played from 7 February to 27 April 2014, to decide the eight teams which advanced to the group stage.

The qualification phase of the 2015 African U-20 Championship decided the participating teams of the final tournament. A total of eight teams will play in the final tournament, to be hosted by Senegal.

The 2016 CAF Champions League qualifying rounds were played from 12 February to 20 April 2016. A total of 55 teams competed in the qualifying rounds to decide the eight places in the group stage of the 2016 CAF Champions League.

The 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualification was a men's under-20 football competition which decided the participating teams of the 2019 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

The 2020 African U-17 Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament was the 7th edition of the African U-17 Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament, the biennial international youth football competition organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to determine which women's under-17 national teams from Africa qualify for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup. Players born on or after 1 January 2003 were eligible to compete in the tournament.

The 2021 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations qualification was a men's under-17 football competition which decided the teams that would have participated in the 2021 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
