The 2013 Great West Conference baseball tournament was held from May 21 through 25. All eight of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at new Jersey Institute of Technology's Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium in Newark, New Jersey. As the Great West is a new conference, the league does not have an automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. Third seeded Houston Baptist won their first championship, ending Utah Valley's run of three consecutive titles dating to the event's inception. [2] [3] [4]
All eight teams were seeded based on conference winning percentage only and then met in a double-elimination bracket.

The Great West Conference (GWC) was an NCAA college athletic conference in the continental United States. Originally a football-only league, it became an all-sports entity during the 2008–09 season. The GWC stopped sponsoring football following the 2011 season. The conference became defunct when four of the remaining five full member schools became members of other conferences on July 1, 2013.
The Conference USA baseball tournament is the conference championship tournament in baseball for Conference USA (C-USA). The winner of the tournament receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I baseball tournament. The tournament format, which has changed several times, currently consists of an eight-team double-elimination tournament format, in which the winners of two four-team brackets play in a single-game final. Rice, which has won the tournament seven times, is the most successful team in the tournament's history.

The top six regular season finishers of the league's seven teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Texas Christian University's Lupton Stadium. Sixth seeded Utah won their first and only Mountain West Conference Baseball Championship with a championship game score of 9–3 and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. Utah joined the Pac-12 Conference after the 2011 season without winning another title.

The 2013 Ohio Valley Conference baseball tournament was held from May 22 through 25. The top six regular season finishers met in the double-elimination tournament, which was held at Pringles Park in Jackson, Tennessee. The tournament champion will earn the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2013 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference baseball tournament was held from May 23 through 26. The top four regular season finishers of the league's teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Arm & Hammer Park in Trenton, New Jersey. Canisius, the tournament champion, earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2014 Southland Conference baseball tournament was held from May 21 through 24. The top eight regular season finishers of the league's fourteen teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Bear Stadium on the campus of Central Arkansas University in Conway, Arkansas. The event returned to a campus environment for one year before again being played at neutral Sugar Land, Texas, in 2015 and 2016. Southeastern Louisiana won their first tournament championship and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2014 Missouri Valley Conference baseball tournament was held from May 20 through 24. All eight teams participated in the double-elimination tournament held at Indiana State's Bob Warn Field at Sycamore Stadium in Terre Haute, Indiana. Dallas Baptist won the tournament for the first time, earning the conference's automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2015 Southland Conference baseball tournament was held from May 20 through 23. The top eight regular season finishers of the league's ten teams met in the double-elimination tournament held at Constellation Field in Sugar Land, Texas. The event returned to Sugar Land as part of a two season contract after one season on campus. The winner of the tournament, Houston Baptist, earns the conference's automatic bid to the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. Abilene Christian and Incarnate Word are ineligible for postseason play as they transition from Division II.
